Sarika accuses Vasudha and Hanumant of taking advantage of Devansh’s kindness. Chandrika immediately tells Sarika to stop and says they won’t discuss the lehenga again since Devansh bought it for Vasudha. To pacify the situation, she adds that she will buy an even more beautiful and expensive lehenga for Karishma, then heads inside. Sarika glares at Vasudha before following Chandrika. Savitri comforts Vasudha, urging her not to dwell on Sarika’s words. However, Vasudha confides in Savitri, saying Devansh lied to her about the lehenga’s cost, and she leaves for the outhouse in tears.
Later, Hanumant brings Vasudha some sarees he purchased for her but notices she seems upset. He asks if she is happy. Vasudha reassures him, saying their happiness is connected. Hanumant apologizes for not spending enough time with her, but Vasudha stops him and says she’s marrying only for his happiness.
Raghu expresses sadness about living alone after Vasudha’s marriage. To cheer him up, Hanumant promises to spend time with him, which makes Raghu laugh. Vasudha feels relieved that Hanumant is unaware of the lehenga issue and decides to return the lehenga to Devansh secretly.
Meanwhile, Chandrika showcases an exclusive designer collection to Karishma, encouraging her to pick her favorite. Sarika slyly comments that Karishma must choose carefully since Vasudha already wore Chandrika’s original pick. Chandrika firmly reminds Sarika not to bring up the lehenga again. Karishma, confident and proud, says becoming Chandrika’s daughter-in-law is more important than any outfit. She chooses a lehenga for herself.
Later, Prabhat praises Karishma, saying she is glowing with happiness. Karishma shows off the engagement rings she has shortlisted and asks Avinash to pick one. He selects a ring, which Karishma also happens to like. On Chandrika’s encouragement, Karishma goes down on one knee and proposes to Avinash, pledging to always support him. Avinash accepts, and everyone applauds. Chandrika gifts Karishma a token of appreciation, while Sarika silently observes, thinking Karishma is an excellent actress.
In the meantime, Vasudha returns the lehenga to Devansh, telling him she cannot keep such an expensive gift and accusing him of lying about its price. She asks him not to inform Hanumant and leaves quickly. Devansh is puzzled about how Vasudha learned the lehenga’s actual price.
Ajay arrives with gifts for Vasudha’s family and hands Hanumant her documents to process her passport and visa. He also mentions buying Vasudha a plane ticket to Dubai. Hanumant suggests Ajay seek Chandrika’s blessings, and Ajay agrees but steps outside when he receives a call from Sarkaar.
Devansh visits the kitchen and asks Savitri about Vasudha. Savitri tells him Vasudha will return later. When Devansh inquires about the lehenga, Savitri reveals how Sarika insulted Vasudha over it.
Hanumant introduces Ajay to Chandrika and shares the news of Vasudha’s engagement. Vasudha and Ajay take blessings from the elders. Ajay mentions that Vasudha will only be able to work for seven more days before getting busy with wedding preparations. Chandrika agrees, saying Vasudha won’t need to return to work after a week.
Precap: Karishma says to Ajay I don’t want Vasudha to see her father’s face once she left. Ajay says don’t worry she won’t be seeing her father’s face anymore. Devansh says Sarika that earlier you disrespected Vasudha so today you have to apologise to her and return the lehenga. She says I won’t apologise to her. Chandrika says if you can’t apologise to her then pack your bag and leave.
