Chirag expresses his dilemma with god and questions why didn’t Deepika inform him about her meeting with Siddharth, who is Siddharth to her. Lavanya sees him upset and walks to him. Chirag attempts to hug her and reassures her that he only wants to hug his mother. However, Lavanya senses that Chirag is hiding something. Deepika tries to help by offering him coffee for his headache, but Lavanya interrupts, telling her not to interfere in the mother-son relationship. Omkar supports Deepika, asking her to stay calm. Meanwhile, Prithvi suggests Deepika make coffee for everyone. Deepika wonders why Chirag is being distant.
Lavanya confronts Deepika, blaming her for Chirag’s distress and warns that she doesn’t want Deepika in her son’s life. Janvi overhears the conversation and is curious about what’s going on. At dinner, Deepika serves chaat, but Prithvi and Ashu argue over it. She also shares her business success, mentioning a contract, but Ashu insists she show it to Lavanya and Omkar for their advice.

Mishka secretly swaps Chirag’s medical report with a fake one, wanting to prevent him from fathering Deepika’s children. She accidentally leaves her bracelet behind at the hospital when switching the reports. Deepika prays fervently, and the family gathers for a prayer ceremony, which lifts everyone’s spirits, particularly Chirag, who joins in with devotion. During the aarti, Deepika expresses her hope to build a family with Chirag, which Lavanya overhears. Lavanya warns Thakur ji that she will accept Deepika only if her son remains unharmed; otherwise, she won’t forgive Deepika.
Chirag goes to meet Dr. Sen to discuss his medical results. He’s devastated to learn that the report doesn’t confirm his infertility, and Dr. Sen suggests adoption as an option for him to consider.
