Doctor asks Chirag to reorder all the test and decide the next course of action after the results arrive. Chirag thanks doctor. Doctor asks him to thank him after the results are positive. Chirag dances on the road adn celebrates joyfully. He buys a bouquet for Deepika and tells her he’s on his way to pick her up. However, Mishka informs him that Deepika is with Siddharth at the business park. Chirag is initially shocked but dismisses Mishka’s claim, telling her to focus on her own work. He leaves to find Deepika, while Mishka secretly hopes to create a rift between the couple.

At the business park, Deepika and Siddharth are having tea. Siddharth shares with Deepika the tragic story of his friend Jyoti’s suicide, and Deepika encourages him to inspire other girls who have lost hope. Siddharth also considers Deepika like a sister and asks her to call him whenever she needs support. Deepika, in return, says she’ll tie a rakhi to him next year, solidifying their sibling bond.

When Chirag arrives and sees Deepika with Siddharth, he becomes upset, dropping the bouquet and leaving. Mishka is pleased to see this and hopes to widen the gap between them. Chirag tries to calm himself, thinking Deepika will explain everything when they talk. He believes Mishka is sowing doubts in his mind.

Deepika continues to bond with Siddharth, asking for a rakhi and joking about what she wants for the occasion. Chirag, still confused, leaves the scene after seeing Deepika and Siddharth share an ice cream together. Chirag returns to the hospital, angry and frustrated. Mishka confronts him, reminding him of Deepika’s time with Siddharth. Chirag tells her to leave but is visibly shaken by her words. When he gets a call from Deepika, she informs him she’s leaving, and Mishka watches gleefully as Chirag suffers.

At home, Deepika learns from Prithvi that Chirag has a headache. She massages his head and tries to comfort him. Deepika tells Chirag about her meeting with Siddharth but doesn’t mention his name. Chirag presses her about Siddharth, and she admits he referred her to a publisher. As she praises Siddharth, Chirag grows increasingly insecure. Deepika tries to explain, but Chirag becomes angry and leaves the room, unable to handle his feelings of doubt and jealousy. Mishka’s attempts to cause trouble between Chirag and Deepika seem to be working, leaving their relationship in a state of tension.

Precap: Mishka changes Chirag’s medical reports. Chirag is shocked to see the test results. Deepika expresses her displeasure with Chirag for not informing about the tests to her.
