Vasudha starts coughing in the kitchen, and Devansh notices. Concerned, he follows her outside with water, which she drinks. As she glances at the moon, she remembers Savitri’s words about breaking her fast while seeing Lord Shiva. Devansh is puzzled when she mentions this, and as she tries to leave, he grabs her hand, reminding her no one is allowed in the garden tonight.
Sarika appears, explaining that from the garden, one can see into Chandrika’s room balcony, which is why it’s off-limits. Suddenly, Vasudha notices smoke coming from Chandrika’s room and shouts that there’s a fire, running toward the room. Devansh follows, urging her to stop, while Sarika cries out for someone to save Chandrika and Prabhat.
Once inside, Vasudha quickly pours water on the burning wood. Sarika, disappointed, thinks she expected the room to be filled with gold and valuables. Vasudha apologizes to Chandrika and Prabhat. Prabhat assures Devansh that they just need a moment to compose themselves. After everyone else leaves, Prabhat and Chandrika share a private moment where Prabhat breaks her fast, and they embrace. Prabhat tells her that thanks to Vasudha, their family now knows the truth, and perhaps it’s time. He believes this experience will teach Devansh and Avinash valuable lessons for their future marriages.
Sarika, baffled, thinks Chandrika is eccentric to celebrate Karwa Chauth this way. Chandrika then explains that keeping it secret all these years made it special for them, as it wasn’t just a festival but a cherished part of their relationship. Prabhat shares how they’ve celebrated like this since their first Karwa Chauth, when they made promises to each other that they’ve kept to this day.
When Sarika questions why they hid this ritual, Chandrika explains it was her and Prabhat’s private world. She wishes no one had entered their room. Hungry, Prabhat asks for food, and Sarika, also hungry, tells Vasudha to serve. Devansh asks Chandrika for some of her homemade khichdi, and soon Avinash and Mayur join in. Prabhat and Chandrika lovingly feed each other, enjoying the meal.
The following morning, Vasudha playfully tries to wake up Raghu by splashing water, but accidentally throws it on Devansh instead, quickly apologizing. Meanwhile, Avinash calls Karishma, telling her he has a surprise for her and to be ready with a handkerchief.
Later, when Karishma meets Avinash, she is curious and tries sweet-talking him to learn about his surprise. Avinash tells her not to bother guessing, as she won’t figure it out. She warns him that Chandrika won’t believe any complaints he might have about her, and he questions her about why she’s so sure. Then he pointedly asks if she’s done something she shouldn’t have.
Precap: Avinash tells Chandrika about Karishma’s affair in front of everyone. Akshay Rathore walks in informs everyone about the affair and says we are still in the relationship.
