Elvish Yadav’s friend Lovekesh Kataria, who appeared on Bigg Boss OTT 3 alongside Shivani Kumari, recently had a reunion with her in her village. During their meetup, Kataria, accompanied by his close friends Archit and Lakshay, apologized to Kumari for a term they used during their time in the Bigg Boss house.
However, this apology did not sit well with Elvish Yadav. The popular Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner took to his vlog to express his disappointment in his friends’ actions.
In his latest vlog, Elvish Yadav shared that while at the airport, returning to India, he came across a video on Twitter. The video showed his friends Archit, Lakshay, and Kataria apologizing to Shivani Kumari. Elvish admitted that he didn’t watch the vlog in its entirety, as he doesn’t like Shivani’s voice, but he had seen clips surfacing online. “Uske kachar kachar ki awaj soha nahi mujhe, isliye mein nahi dekha,” Elvish remarked, meaning, “Her harsh voice doesn’t sit well with me, so I didn’t watch it.”
During the vlog, Elvish called one of his friends to ask about the apology to Kumari. His friend explained that since they were at her place, it felt right to apologize for their previous remarks. For those unaware, in a past vlog, Archit and Lakshay had referred to Shivani as a ‘dead body,’ which she later revealed had hurt her feelings. She saw the clip and saved it as a reminder.
Elvish, however, wasn’t convinced by his friend’s reasoning. He responded, “Aab janta dekhegi meri ki maaf karna ya nahi karna, aab koi tumhare ghar aaye, ye toh tum bejjati karwa li bhai. Wo kaun hoti hain maafi dene wali aur tum kaun hote ho maafi mangne wale?” which translates to, “Now the public will decide whether to forgive me or not. If someone comes to your house, you’ve already embarrassed yourself, brother. Who is she to forgive, and who are you to ask for forgiveness?”
Elvish further expressed his disappointment in his friends, stating that he stands by his original comments. He said, “Mereko toh aaj bhi uski kachar kachar kaan mein chubti hain,” meaning, “Her harsh voice still hurts my ears.”
For those who may not know, Shivani Kumari and Lovekesh Kataria formed a close bond during their time in the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house, even considering each other siblings. On the other hand, Elvish Yadav and Lovekesh Kataria have been close friends for a long time, which made Elvish’s reaction to the apology particularly significant.
