Janvi asks Premchand why he hasn’t allowed her to tell Aryaman the truth about Anushka. Premchand explains that Aryaman is impulsive and gets angry easily. If Aryaman finds out the truth and ends up hitting Anushka, she could use that against him in court, claiming that Aryaman is always aggressive. This could make it easier for Anushka to gain custody of Kian. Premchand also says he wants to see how much Aryaman truly loves Janvi, to see if he will still love her even when the family pressures him to leave her.
Kian asks Aryaman why Janvi left him. Aryaman explains that Janvi was angry with him, so she left. Kian says he’s hungry. Anushka asks Suhasini to tell the servant to cook Kian’s favorite food, but Suhasini informs her that Brij Bhushan took all the servants away for his political campaign, so there are no servants available. Aryaman, feeling frustrated, comments on how Brij Bhushan took everyone except him for the campaign. Suhasini reminds Aryaman of how he stained their family’s reputation. Anushka makes a remark about Brij Bhushan, but Aryaman quickly shuts her down, telling her not to say anything about his father and asks her to prepare food for Kian. Kian, however, says he wants to eat the food made by Janvi.
Premchand arrives and tells Kian not to mention Janvi’s name because she insulted him. He then declares that from now on, Anushka will take over all of Janvi’s duties. Premchand challenges Anushka to prepare food for everyone and prove that she’s the better choice. Anushka agrees, and Premchand hands her a list of dishes to make.
Anushka tries to order the food from a hotel, but none of the hotels make the dishes that Premchand ordered. With no other option, Anushka attempts to cook the food herself by following recipes she finds online.
Meanwhile, Premchand shows Janvi how much Anushka is struggling in the kitchen, making comments about Anushka’s difficulties. Janvi expresses concern about Kian eating Anushka’s food, but Premchand reassures her, saying he’s already ordered a pizza for Kian so she doesn’t need to worry. Premchand then tells Janvi that she needs to move forward with the next part of their plan. He explains that Murali will be coming in disguise as her date and asks her to be ready. Janvi agrees.
Premchand later approaches Aryaman and tells him that Janvi has booked an entire café for her date. Hearing this, Aryaman becomes furious and decides to confront Janvi.
Aryaman goes to the hotel but doesn’t find Janvi in her room. He learns from Ritu that Janvi is with her date, so he heads to the café.
Janvi, aware that Aryaman is on his way, tells Murali to get ready. Aryaman arrives at the café and sees Janvi happily talking to a man dressed as a Sardar (Murali in disguise). Aryaman, not recognizing Murali, approaches them. Janvi takes Aryaman aside, and he asks her how she could do this to him. Janvi makes a sharp comment, dismisses Aryaman, and sends him away.
Janvi continues to laugh and chat with Murali, deliberately making Aryaman jealous.
Precap: Aryaman grabs Janvi’s hand and says come with me. Janvi says leave my hand, can’t you see I’m here with someone else. Aryaman says I’m the one who loves you. Janvi says what Love? The one which is brewing between you and my elder sister Anshuka. Anushka calls Pushkar and says to do something so that Aryaman returns to her and never returns to Janvi.
