Kushal Tandon has recently taken legal action against fans of Asim Riaz, accusing them of harassment. On Wednesday, Tandon shared a screenshot on his X handle of a social media user apologizing and pleading with him not to involve law enforcement. In his post, Kushal highlighted that the apology came after he had reported the issue to the cyber crime cell.
Kushal didn’t hold back in his criticism, referring to Asim and his fans as “chapri” and warning them that they were targeting the wrong person. He wrote, “To people who have the audacity to abuse you, thinking they can say anything behind closed doors? But as soon as they get a call from cyber crime, their response is in my inbox. You’ve picked the wrong guy to mess with, all you ‘chapri ke capri’ fans will get a few calls too.”
This incident follows Kushal Tandon’s recent criticism of Asim Riaz for his behavior towards Rohit Shetty on “Khatron Ke Khiladi 14.” Kushal expressed his disapproval, saying, “I wish he did that in front of me; he really needs help. I’m here for a few stunts, but he’s not the hero he thinks he is. When he said he wouldn’t take any money if anyone on the team could do that stunt, then he should stick to his words and take no money.”
Tandon continued his criticism, questioning Asim’s fame and wealth: “Fame, what fame, bro? Just one Big Boss? And what cars is he flaunting? Second-hand cars? How much money does he really have? Share your bank account details. Hats off to Rohit Shetty sir for how he handled that nonsense, huge respect for Rohit sir.”
Asim Riaz was ultimately expelled from “Khatron Ke Khiladi 14” following a heated altercation with Rohit Shetty. The drama unfolded during a task where Asim, along with Aashish Mehrotra and Niyati Fatnani, had to collect flags from a seesaw. While Aashish and Niyati completed the challenge and secured their spots, Asim failed and accused the task of being unfair, expressing his frustration by challenging the team: “Do it in front of me. I won’t take a rupee from you guys. If you do it, I won’t take a rupee, camera is on.”
Rohit Shetty responded by showing footage of a successful practice run completed by the team, proving the task’s fairness. “Kal bhi tune bahot bakwaas ki (Yesterday also you said a lot of nonsense),” he said. Refusing to entertain Asim’s arguments, the irate filmmaker warned, “Sun meri baat sunle warna mei utha ke yahi patak dunga. Aise mere se badtameezi nahi karna (Listen to me, otherwise, I will thrash you here. Don’t behave badly here).”
Despite the warning, Asim continued his outburst and ended up in a physical confrontation with fellow contestant Abhishek Kumar. As a result, he was dismissed from the show.
