The Episode starts with Sagar telling Anupama that she doesn’t take care of herself and has caught cold. Nandita asks him to get married so that she takes care of Anu di. Sagar asks if I marry then bahu will come, and not doctor. Nandita asks if bahu can’t be doctor and says medicines expenses will be saved. He asks if I shall sacrifice myself. She asks him to get on the horse and marry a doctor girl. Anupama prays to God that a nice doctor shall come in his life. Sagar says first pray that I become a lawyer, else which doctor will marry me. Anupama says whoever is in your destiny, you shall get. Sagar takes off bad sight from her and asks her to be happy always and says your Anuj is very handsome. Anupama thinks of Anuj saying the same and thinks to talk to Shruti to enquire about her questions. She calls Shruti, but finds her phone switched off. She thinks she never switches off her phone then what has happened.

She wonders where is my Choti? She says Anuj…where is Choti? She thinks whom to call, and says I had called Ankush Bhai, but he had told that Anuj is fine and Choti is in hostel, and gets worried thinking he had lied, where is my Choti. Anuj is sitting in the lawn and looks at the coffee going inside. He comes to the chair and sits. He sees the register and the pen. He takes the pen in his hand. Anupama sees him holding the pen, and gets hopeful, saying he shall write his feelings, and his own words might make him remember something. Anuj just scribbles on the paper. Anupama gets sad to see it. Bala asks her not to worry and says I will keep eye on Anuj 24 hours, and will not let him go anywhere. Anupama thanks him. Bala says you knows everything about him, so I am 100 percent sure that only you can make him fine. Anupama says I will do anything to make him fine, irrespective of whatever happens. He says God bless you. Anupama thinks very soon he will express his emotions.

Sagar tells Anupama that he has repaired Babu ji’s room fan. Anupama says Babu ji can sleep peacefully now. Sagar asks who is that lady who is coming to give us donation? Anupama says Meenakshi and asks him to go and pick her up from the airport.

Baa calls vanraj. Vanraj says don’t call me from backside and asks her to say. She asks him to pick Meenu from airport. He says Driver will go and pick her, and says she stays alone in Russia. He asks her not to be attached to Meenu, as she will go one day, and says he will not get attached with her. He turns to go and sees Anuj. He asks what you are doing here, you shall be inside. He asks what happened to you, if someone has taken over your business and says I am sorry to see you in this condition. He says you was the Anuj Kapadia, and now you are roaming with your long hair and lost everything. He says do you know who is responsible for your destruction, Anupama joshi, and says you was rich and fine until she came in your life, and says she destroys people. He says since I left her, I have become the Vanraj Shah from Vanraj Shah, and asks where is Aadhya? He says she is not with you because of Anupama, and asks him to leave from there silently, and says once she has destroyed your life, secondly she ruined you and thirdly she might take your life. Anuj gets restless and moves to side.

Anupama hears Vanraj and asks him to be away from Anuj. Vanraj says even you shall stay away from Anuj and asks her to ask Asha Bhavan members not to walk in his compound. Anupama says I will make sure. Vanraj goes and Anupama gets pulled as her pallu get stuck with his bag accidentally and falls. Anuj holds her. He looks at her. Vanraj looks at them. Anuj attacks Vanraj and holds his collar. Toshu comes there and Anuj holds his collar. All the Ashram residents come there to take Anuj. Security guard is about to hit him. Anupama warns him. Bala and others take him inside. Anupama apologizes to Vanraj and asks him not to drag the issue. Vanraj says Anuj can’t stay here, as there are children in my house. Toshu calls him psycho and says he shall be thrown out. Anupama warns him. Vanraj says I will file Police complaint against Anuj. Anupama asks them to do, what they wants. Vanraj tells Toshu that he will not let Anuj stay here, now Anupama will fly high as Anuj held my collar. Anupama apologizes to the neighbors and says Anuj will not do this again. She thinks Anuj has a place for me in his heart even now and thanks Kanha ji.

Sagar gives flute to Anuj and says it looks good in your hands. Indra goes to get something. Bala says I will be back. Anuj sees Aadhya and his photo frame, and looks at him, flashes of them strikes his mind. Anupama comes there and says she got hopeful after whatever happened outside, and asks if you remember anything, Shruti, Ankush Bhai, Barkha; do you remember them? She asks where is our Choti? Anuj cries and panics. He holds her pallu and sleeps.

Kinjal tells Toshu that when Papa knows about Anuj’s condition, then why Papa dragged the issue. Toshu asks why you think Papa was wrong. Baa says Anuj was like, he will kill Vanraj, his eyes were angry. Kinjal says this happens as he is not fine mentally. Dimpy says he shall be in hospital and shall be confined in the house. She says if he attacks our children. Pakhi says if he break my car. Kinjal asks if you all are mentally stable. Toshu says he is dangerous for us, Papa shall file Police complaint against that man. Pakhi says else we can’t go out, we will be scared. Toshu says he shall leave. Kinjal says you all shall feel ashamed to forget his favors. She says if Anuj had not taken you out from jail then you would have been get rotten in jail, and he helped Pakhi and Dimpy in their troubled times. Toshu says he had shown much attitude to us, and now it is our turn. Pakhi asks if we shall die for him, and put our children at risk. He says he will go and file Police complaint, to get that man thrown out of the locality. Anuj keeps his head on Anupama’s lap and cries.

Precap: Anuj gets up. Anupama asks about Aadhya. Anuj says she has gone very far, to God. Anupama shouts no. Anuj says Ankush bhai told. Anupama says my heart knows that she is fine, even if God says that she is not fine then I will not believe. Anuj asks her to move back.
