Same as Sai from the first generation, she cannot gave birth so Pakhi became the surrogate mother of Sai n Virat child, n later Pakhi refused to gave back the child to Virat n Sai, Akshara was also diagnosed that she had difficulty in giving birth coz will have complications but still she managed to gave birth to twins (one dead) and later stage Abhira??? So if not till the end it is not the end, the ending can be different diagnosis is not the ending!

If it happens Ruhi will play an emotional drama and all especially Surekha, Swarna and Dadi will support her preaching mother’s feelings and she will try to get into Armaan’s life.
