In the whirlwind of familial turmoil depicted in Sony SAB’s Vanshaj, where clashes over inheritance between Digvijay Mahajan aka DJ (portrayed by Mahir Pandhi) and Yuvika Mahajan (played by Anjali Tatrari) take center stage, actress Parinita Seth, embodying the character of DJ’s mother, Gargi Mahajan, discovers solace and rejuvenation through her artistic pursuits of sketching and writing during filming.
Amidst the demanding shoot schedule, Parinita Seth seeks refuge in her personal artistic endeavors. For her, the act of sketching becomes a therapeutic escape from the intensity of her on-screen role, offering a means to recharge and reconnect with her inner self. During breaks between shoots, Parinita can often be found with pen and paper in hand, indulging in sketching, doodling, or writing, as she believes in fostering multiple outlets for creativity.
Reflecting on her experience, Parinita Seth, who breathes life into the character of Gargi Mahajan in Vanshaj, shared, “With the entire cast relocated to Umergaon for the Vanshaj shoot, away from our families, we constantly seek ways to occupy ourselves. I’ve always had a passion for sketching and would frequently find solace in doodling on set. It provides me with relaxation during shoots. Recently, I’ve also delved into writing as I harbor aspirations of becoming a writer one day. Both these activities offer me creative respite, emphasizing the importance of balancing work with personal passions to maintain sanity.”
