Scene 1
Narayan tells Lakshmi to fill his live with prosperity by entering his palace. She goes there and the whole place becomes lively and fills with living beings. Narayan sits with her on the throne.
Hayagriva comes to meet with Mahadev with his force. Mahadev asks what does he want? Hayagriva says you don’t discriminate between Devatas and Asurs. injustice happened to me and I want a payback. Mahadev asks what he wants? Hayagriva says I want to win Lakshmi, I think I deserve it and I should be given a chance. You are a Lord of justice so give me a chance. Rishi says don’t listen to him, he has lost it. Hayagriva says Devatas have peace and wealth but Asurs have nothing so we want justice. Mahadev says everyone deserves justice and it will happen.
Narayan tells the brothers that they trusted him and came here so he wants to give them a prize, he says you both will stay here and be part of this place’s protection. They thank him and say we will do our duties fully, they leave. Narayan tells Lakshmi that they have chosen the correct people. Devashi arrives there and says I am worried. Hayagriva went to Mahadev and asked for a competition to win Lakshmi. Narayan gets angry and says she is mine only, this can’t be happening. Devashi says I know you are made for each other but I had to inform you. Everyone is there with this proposal. Narayan says then we will talk to Mahadev. He takes Lakshmi with him.
Scene 2
Hayagriva asks Mahadev who is he waiting for? just accept my proposal. Rishi says this is challenging Narayan which is wrong. Hayagriva says if he is what he says so then he should come and accept my challenge. Narayan arrives there with Lakshmi and says I am here for any challenge. Mahadev welcomes them. Narayan says I will tell everyone why Lakshmi and Narayan are made for each other. He takes a bigger form and Lakshmi vanishes. Narayan says Lakshmi was made out of my heart, his heart beats out and makes Lakshmi appear again. He says we are one so she can’t become someone else’s. You can pray to her but don’t pray to get her, she can’t be won over by anyone just by praying. Nobody can separate Narayan from Lakshmi. All chant for them. Hayagriva glares at him.
