Doree sits in the corner as asked by Rukmani and is in lot of pain and prays to see Ganga Prasad. Ganga Prasad prepares to drink milk, but Mansi stops him, needing it for a Puja. Ganga questions who placed neem leaves in his room, suspecting Mansi. He insists he’s hungry, but Mansi insists on using the milk for the Puja. Milk spills on Bhola, who overhears Mansi fasting for Doree’s well-being. Ganga asks about Doree, and Mansi, sensing her pain, admits not knowing her whereabouts.
Nani prays for Anand’s recovery, who seeks her forgiveness, wearing Ganga’s kurta. Anand worries about revealing Doree’s presence, fearing it could ruin their plan. Bhola, still in pain, is found by Ganga, who understands Bhola’s sacrifice and blames himself. Rukmani searches for Bhola, seeing Ganga carrying him, but slips. Mansi and Sudha arrange a Puja, surprised to find Bhola with Ganga, who requests prayers for Bhola’s recovery.
Ganga admits Bhola to the hospital, urging the doctor to save him. Bhola is diagnosed with a high fever, needing temperature reduction before treatment. Rukmani wakes up, inquiring about Agni to Neelu, who suggests shaking hands to proceed. Neelu negotiates with Rukmani, who refuses. Ganga worries about Bhola and prays for his well being reflecting on their bond. Neelu reminds Rukmani of their deal’s importance. Mansi prays for Doree.
The Nurse checks Bhola and tells doctor that the patient is a girl. Ganga Prasad walks to Bhola.
Precap: Ganga Prasad calls Rukmani, she wonders why he must be calling her and if Bhola told her the truth. Ganga Prasad asks Rukmani how could she hid such big truth and says to Bhola that he is his responsibility now and this haveli is his as well.
