Happu is talking on his phone and slips on mud in front of Tiwari’s house. Teeka and Tillu smears him with more mud from the balcony. Happu yells at them and they runs away. Happu keeps on slipping and cannot get up. Happu gets frustrated. Anu shows up and asks Happu what happened? Happu tells her that someone planned against him. Teeka and Tillu shows up and laughs at them. Happu says that he will lock them up. Angoori shows up and says that why would he do that? They are just enjoying the festivity of holi. Happu says that he was on duty and they caused him hinderance, and that a punishable crime. Angoori says that he in civil dress. Anu calls Vibhu and tells him that Angoori is busy fighting with Happu, he should leave in the mean time. Vibhu gets out of his house and Angoori, Teeka and Tillu cathes him and smears him again. Anu gets annoyed again.
Teeka and Tillu are making a mixture to smear everyone with mud and paints.
Tillu puts the bucket filled with the mixture on top of the tea stall so that they can spoil everyone. Teeka and Tillu sits back down. MasterJi, Prem and Gupta shows up giggling and talking to each other. Teeka and Tillu keeps on sipping their tea. Gupta asks that why are they so quiet? Tillu humiliates him. The bucket filled with mud falls on all three of them they gets disgusting. Angoori shows up celebrating and Teeka and Tillu also starts dancing with her. Angoori starts spraying them with more water and they runs away. Now, Rusa shows up and says that there’s time in holi. Angoori orders Teeka and Tillu to smear her too. Teeka and Tillu throws the mixture of all the disgusting things on Rusa. Rusa also runs away.
Tiwari gets a call from Anu. Tiwari gets elated. Anu tells Tiwari that she’s requesting him now to stop Angoori. Tiwari says that she making him feel ashamed. Anu yells at him and orders him to be a man and stop Angoori so that Vibhu can get a job, because she cannot tolerate her actions and also cannot say anything to the interviewer. Tiwari gets sad and hangs up the call.
Angoori is waiting for people to play holi with. Teeka is dressed up as lady and shows up along with Tillu. Teeka asks if she got found anyone to spoil? Angoori denies. David is passing by and Teeka stops him. Tillu sneaks from behind paints David’s face. Both of them starts laughing at David. Angoori gives them water guns and they sprays David with it. Tiwari spots Angoori from his balcony. Tiwari reminisce about Anu’s words and acts like he suffering from something and calls Angoori and says that he’s feeling uneasy. Teeka and Tillu tells Angoori to go and see Tiwari, while they go to another street to paint people.
David goes inside his house and tells Vibhu that he should leave now because Teeka and Tillu has left and Angoori is also inside her house. Vibhu gets his umbrella. David says that he will give him cover. Vibhu and David leaves their house. Angoori, Teeka and Tillu were waiting for Vibhu and take out their water guns. Vibhu and David takes cover. Angoori tells them to come outside. David says that he will take one for the team. David goes outside and tells them to smear him. Angoori, Teeka and Tillu starts laughing at him. David says that they are afraid. Angoori laughs at him. David shows the name of Ammaji written on David’s chest. Angoori still laughs at him.
