The episode starts with Atal noticing Vimla’s finger ring missing and asking if she sold it. KV asks Vimla if she really sold her ring. Vimla says she mortgaged it. KV asks why did she do that, did she get emotional with Saraswati’s taunts. Vimla says she is a daughter of this house and has responsibility towards it. KV asks Awadh to control his wife. Saraswati asks what is her mistake if Vimla mortgaged her ring. KM asks her to stop arguing with KM and think before speaking. Saraswati asks what shall she say when there is less oil at home. KM says she is not scolding her and sits to prepare food.Saraswati checks Vimla’s brought items. Sada and Prem notice biscuits and say it’s his favorite. KM says she needs to release ring from mortgage.
Saraswati cries while praying god. Atal asks why is she crying. Vimla says the ring she mortgaged today was gifted by her FIL, nobody from her in-laws came to see her when she fell ill. She breaks down. Atal tries to comfort her. KV notices that and says he will inform Vimla’s in-laws that she is fine and they can visit her. Atal says there is no need for that as Vimla is not an animal but a human, let themselves visit Vimla. Saraswati hears their conversation and insists Awadh to visit Vimla’s in-laws and ask them to come and take her back as she has become a burden on them. Awadh says he is going for an interview. Saraswati says he can give interview later but do as she says first. He hesitantly agrees.
KM serves pakodis to family. Awadh walks towards the door. KV asks him to have pakodis. Awadh says he is going for an interview and shouts he doesn’t want to have pakodis. Atal asks where is his bag as he never goes for the interview without his bag. Awadh gets tensed. Shamylal says they never thought their children to lie, where is he going. Saraswati says she will tell the truth, he had forgot his bag and offers it to Awadh. KM interferes and says she knows Awadh since he is born, Awadh remembers everything, even things happened 3 years ago. Awadh says he is going to Vimla’s in-laws. Atal says they need to visit Vimla’s in-laws until they themselves come here. Awadh shouts if he will take decisions of this house. Atal says it’s his request. KV asks Awadh to have pakodis and go for an interview. Awadh walks away saying Atal takes decision of this house now. Family feels upset with Awadh’s behavior. Sada says Awadh is dumb. Atal says Awadh thinks different, they should respect their elder brother. He gives moral gyaan to his siblings.
Precap: Awadh informs family that Vimla’s in-laws are performing Vimla’s husband’s second marriage, tomorrow is haldi ritual and day after tomorrow wedding.
