Imlie tells Agastya that he gave her respect in front of everyone and asks if doesn’t need an answer to his question. She kneels down and proposing him to marry her with a ring. He lifts her and looks into her eyes. A curtain falls on them. Teri Meri Kahani Hai Yeh.. song plays in the background. Imlie says she needs her answer now. Daadi walks out seeing Sonali and Karan returning home and ask where were they. Imlie and Agastya get alert and rush to them. She notices Sonali’s injured hand and asks what happened. Family takes her in and bandages her wound. Alka asks Sonali where did they go for 2 days in lieu of a business trip. Sonali says they had to go for some other important work. Meera rushes to them and asks how are they, she got concerned seeing their situation. Karan tries to speak, but Sonali stops him and says she needs some rest and leaves from there.

Sonali then takes Meera aside and asks her why is she wearing a locket which even masked killer is wearing. Agastya asks Meera if it’s true. Sonali says it may be a coincidence as there must be many similar lockets in the market, Meera and masked killer are not siblings to wear same lockets. Sonali says she is not accusing her but just questioning her as she saw her wearing same locket which masked killer was wearing. Agastya says he will accuse Meera if she doesn’t speak. Imlie insists Meera to tell truth. Meera asks her to go and let her live alone for some time. Imlie fails to convince her and walks out. Meera recalls dying Kunal giving that locket to her.

Imlie tries to convince Agastya that Meera can’t be wrong. Agastya describes how Meera abandoned him and went to jail without answering his questions. Imlie tries her best to justify Meera’s act, but emotionally distraught Agastya refuses to listen to her and sends her out of room. Meera walks to Agastya next and requests him to listen to her once. He refuses at first but then listens to her.

Vishwa finds an open file in the record room and notices it to be Singh sweets factory file. She thinks who wanted to check this file. Next morning, Imlie wakes up and doesn’t find Meera on her bed. She walks out in search of her. Agastya says his kaaki maa left home and left a letter for her. Imlie reads letter that she had trapped Kunal for money and destroyed his family, she killed him and is the real culprit. Imlie stands crying in shock. Agastya recalls Meera giving him a letter and asking him to give it to Imlie. She says Imlie has a long life to live and should forget her and move on, etc. Out of flashback, Imlie continues to cry for Meera.

Precap: Imlie and Agastya play Savitri and Satayavan in a drama. A woman says Imlie saved her husband in a drama, but can’t in a real life. Imlie gets angry on her. Voice over asks if Imlie’s hands will be colored with Agastya’s blood and will their love story end.
