The episode starts with Rajjo serving tea to Amma, Happu, and Beni. Happu asks his family to act as poor for some time or else they will be poor forever. Amma blames Dadaji for taking bribe and getting them into trouble. Dadaji says he didn’t do anything wrong. Amma then blames Rajjo for forcing Happu to get her jewelry on each festival. Rajjo says even amma demands jewelry in her competition. Amma scolds her. Happu asks them to stop it and act well or else they will per permanently poor.
Next morning, Manohar visits Happu and insults him in his usual style. Kamlesh disguised as a bank recovery agent walks to Happu and demands him to pay loan EMI or else he will take his scooter away. Happu pleads him to wait for some time. Kat walks to him next and says mom told there is no food at home, so they need to manage with air and water today. Happu says he is full after bearing humiliation from loan recovery agent. Kamlesh asks if she is his daughter. Kat says she is Happu’s real daughter. Kamlesh says is she accompanies him for a movie, he will spare Happu’s scooter. Happu agrees. Kat leaves with Kamlesh. Manohar asks which movie they are going to watch. Happu says Sooraj Ka Satwan Ghoda.
Rajjo, Amma, and children wait for Manohar to walk in. Once he enters, they start acting poor and cry that they don’t have food to eat and are managing with stale rotis. Manohar starts crying and says the biggest corrupt officer of Kanpur is facing poverty and cries with them.
Happu reaches police station. A man comes to take Happu’s signature on passport application. Happu demands 2 crores bribe. Commissioner walks in. Man complains him against Happu. Commissioner asks man to keep the application there, he will sign it later. He suspends Happu.
Kamlesh disguised as a vegetable vendor pulls vegetable cart outside Happu’s house. Rajjo walks to him and requests to give her vegetable on credit as she is poor. He denies. Kat walks to her carrying a bag. Kamlesh says if she accompanies her to a movie, he will give her whole cart. Kat agrees and walks with him. Manohar recording the video cries with Rajjo. Precap: Happu asks his family to hide all their money and jewelry or else they would be in trouble. They hide jewelry bag underground. Commissioner visits Happu officers and says they have come to dig out the red bag with jewelry and money.
