The guy gives threats to Vibhu. Vibhu tells him that everything is being recorded in the camera. Vibhu orders him to perform sit ups. He starts doing sit up. Vibhu also catches a bike rider who wore helmet just before the checking and tells him to do the sit ups too.
Tiwari advises Tillu to not to stop vehicle no matter what. Anu also agrees. Tillu says that Vibhu fines him. Anu says that now he will not fine him from now. Tiwari gives him money to giving it to Sandhu. Tillu takes the money and leaves.

Minister praises Vibhu, because he’s determined to his duty. Happu now changes and says that he selected Vibhu, despite of the fact that Commissioner was against it. Minister gives him a gold coin, Vibhu denies and tells him to give it to Happu, because his life depends on bribing.
Tillu is talking on his phone while driving. Vibhu catches him and fines him. Tillu says that his phone is cheap. Vibhu tells Tillu that he was also driving on the one way. Vibhu asks him for driving license. Tillu says that he forgot. Vibhu increases the charges and fines him for 2500rs. Tillu doesn’t have any other plan, so he pays off the fine.
