Scene 1
Gulnaaz asks Gazal and Hina to hurry up. She says everything would be ruined if Haider comes. Haider comes and says what would be ruined? Gazal is worried. Ravi and Dadi see Haider. They try to scream. Haider asks what happened? Hina says Qainat fainted yesterday. He says I will also come to the doctor. We will get to know the reason. Hina and Gulnaaz are shocked. Hina says it’s fine. We will go. Gulnaaz says you should rest. Ravi falls down. Dadi screams. She says Ravi are you okay? He tries to open the shed. Haider says I can drop you there. Ravi tries to move the window. Gazal sees it. She’s scared. Haider is on his phone so he doesn’t notice. Haider stops. Gazal says don’t worry. I will be there for Qainaat. Dua prays for Qainaat and her child. Gulnaaz asks Ruhaan to drive fast. Qainaat says I feel so alone. I feel like they’re hiding something from me. Hafeez says that’s my child. I don’t want to lose my child. I was so wrong to Qainaat. She suffered because of me. Dua says that child has a relation with me too. Dont’ worry I wont’ let anything happen to that child. She asks him to drive fast. Hina says this problem will be over. Dua says we won’t let anything happen to Qainaat or her child.

Scene 2
Gazal says to Hina take her to general ward. I will take care of the rest. Ruhaan shouldn’t doubt we’re here to abort her child. Gazal and Gulnaaz come to the doctor and ask her to operate in general ward. The doctor asks does Qainaat know?? Gazal says we can’t tell her. Doctor says without her consent we can’t do her abortion. This is illegal. People can call the police. Dua thinks about Haider being mad at her. Gulnaaz says the police will arrest you. If you don’t abort this child we all will do suicide here. You will be responsible for it so you will get arrested. Gazal says Qainaat was manipulated. She’s not even married. A goon did this to her. She doesn’t even know she’s pregnant. We’ve to save her life. We would kill ourselves on this insult. Gulnaaz cries and says I will kill myself. The doctor stops her. She says I understand but this is illegal. Gulnaaz says when you get arrested no one would be able to save you. Gazal says we can make you rich if you do it for us. Gulnaaz gives her a cheque.

The doctor agrees. Gazal and Gulnaaz get happy. The doctor says go the ward. I will get everything ready.

Dua and Hafeez’s car stops. He says my tire puctured. Dua says change it fast. We’ve to get there. They look around for a mechanic. Ejaz stops Gazal. She says what are you doing? Ejaz says you left me alone. I will expose you. She says you will get nothing either. Go from here. Hafeez and Dua run towards the hospital. Qainaat is worried whats happening. The doctor comes there. Qainaat says what is happening? She says you will be given anesthesia, there will be no pain. Qainaat says anesthesia for what? She is worried. Dua and Hafeez run towrds the hospital. Qainaat asks the nurse what is the doctor doing? The nurse says your family made a special request to do your abortion in the ward. Qainaat is shocked.

Precap: Dua stops nurse from giving injection to Kainaat. Dua says she is carrying child of my family and I won’t let this happen. Gazal asks her to leave and says this is our family matter. Dua slaps her, Gulnaz tries to interfere but Dua slaps her too. Hina says she is my daughter, who are you to intervene in my family matter, she raises her hand to slap Dua but Dua holds her hand and says I too can raise my hand and will forget that you are Haider’s mother.
