The Episode starts with Naitik bringing Akshara outside in the lawn. He tells about the nature and tries to cheer her up. He says the trees are getting happy seeing her. She breathes in fresh air and says this smell is of soil, the grains for birds would be there. He says yes and gives her. Tara is confused and asks Dada ji to help. She says I want to gift something to Akshara. He says sometimes there is nothing to be expressed, you just hug Akshara when you go there, she will understand. She says I feel this accident should have not happened. He goes out and stares Sangram. He gets angry.

Vishwamber tells everyone that Akshara can just her vision back. Jasmeet says but there is risk. Dadi says why to think bad. Jasmeet says I wanted to say we should always be prepared. Dadi asks Omi to take appointment for her eye checkup and goes. They wonder what happened to Dadi now. They all pray for Akshara. Sangram worries and says Naitik will do something now. He imagines Naitik threatening to get him arrested. Sangram apologizes to him. Naitik slaps him and says you have hurt my Akshara and family, I did not do anything as Akshara got saved, but now I will not leave you. Sangram screams. Tara asks him what happened, are you fine. He looks around. He asks what are you doing here. She says I got milk for you. She asks why is he scared and why was he taking Naitik’s name. he denies it and asks her to leave.

Naitik brings Akshara to room. Naira and Naksh act to make Akshara smile. They fight to stay in this room and sleep with Akshara. They hug Akshara. Naitik says don’t fight, sleep here with us. Naira tells some stories and makes akshara happy. They all sleep. Akshara calls out Naitik and understands they slept. She checks water jug by shaking it. she gets up to get water and stumbles. Naitik wakes up and olds her. He asks why did she not wake him up. She says I tried, I thought I can do. He gives her water and says I m doing this for our love, I m not feeling helpless, I can do this all my life, its new for us, I m sorry, I will keep water there, this time will pass and you will not know. She says if I don’t get eyesight then… he hugs her and says this won’t happen, don’t think this.

Its morning, Naitik sees Akshara and smiles. She asks did I do anything wrong. She dresses up right and asks is this suit combination right. He says yes, I feel romantic. She asks what colors did I wear. He names colors. She asks did I wear such clothes. He says its okay. She cries. He asks her to go and change clothes. She says she won’t come for aarti, she can do mistake. He says everyone will be hurt if you don’t come, I will make you change clothes, and hugs her.

Naitik makes her ready and takes her for aarti. Devyaani asks Akshara to do aarti. Akshara says I can’t do, if I make mistake then.. Bau ji says we all are with you. Naitik holds Akshara and smiles. Akshara does aarti. They all smile.

Akshara is arranging Naira’s bag and does not know what books are there. She checks the box and touches to know the pen etc. Naira comes and says she got a new pen from Naitik. Akshara asks do you want my help. Naira says no need, its all ready. Akshara asks who tied the pleats. Naira says I did myself. Akshara says sorry, I can’t help you. Naira says I m a big girl and can do everything. She says bye and hugs her. She gets sad and cries seeing Akshara. Naitik sees Naira crying. She hugs him. Naitik says we will bring her eyesight back soon, its matter of few days. She says I want my old mumma back. He says me too and hugs her. He wishes Akshara gets fine soon, else they will break.

Akshara does not see Mishti on stairs and steps on her. Mishta falls and Akshara rushes to help. She also slips down the stairs. They both get hurt and family rushes to them.
