Pandya Store set for an exciting generation leap; Major changes in cast and storyline await
Insider information has revealed that the popular TV show, Pandya Store, is gearing up for a significant leap in its storyline. Just a few months ago, the show took a leap when the lead actors became parents. Now the show is about to embark on a generation leap, resulting in a major shift in the cast composition. Only Kruttika Desai, who portrays the family matriarch, will continue to be part of the show.
According to a source, “The show was in need of a change. It previously took a leap of 7 years. However, after a few months, the story revolving around the kids and the lead actors reached a saturation point. Shweta’s character, played by Ankita Bahuguna, and her prolonged track of troubling the Pandya family also became monotonous. Now, the show is finally heading for a leap, spanning 15 years, leading to the exit of the lead actors as the entire story undergoes a transformation. Kruttika Desai will be the sole actor to remain part of the show after the leap, while the makers are already in search of new actors.”
Pandya Store premiered in January 2021 and featured a prominent cast including Kruttika Desai, Shiny Doshi, Kingshuk Mahajan, Kanwar Dhillon, Akshay Kharodia, Mohit Parmar, Simran Budharup, and Alice Kaushik. Recently, three child actors were also introduced to the show, adding further depth to the narrative.
