The Episode starts with Radhika calling Radhe. He doesn’t answer. Sree wishes Radhika to do well, the presentation is ready. Vrinda comes and says Abhishek told me about your presentation, I came to wish you good luck. She feeds her curd and sugar. Radhika hugs and thanks her. Lucky asks Lavi why did he lie, where did he do. Lavi says maybe that guy saw someone else. Lucky says stop fooling me, I will tell everyone. Lavi says I also know about you, you have invested money in schemes. They argue. Suman wishes Radhika for the presentation. Radhika asks how is dad, he isn’t talking to me. Suman pacifies her. Radhika says I will keep calling dad until he answers, Vrinda fed me curd and sugar. Suman says think I have fed it to you.
Radhika meets everyone. Rajesh asks all set? Radhika says yes. He introduces Vinayak. He says I will decide our final CSR project, shall we start. Baldev comes to find Preeti. He sees a neighbor and acts that Preeti’s dad is much unwell. He asks Mrs. Taluskar for Preeti’s contact number. She says she has shifted to working women hostel. He thanks her. He calls someone and tells the address. Kartik finishes his presentation. Rajesh says well done, your turn, Radhika. Radhika says sorry, there is a technical issue. Kartik says chill, don’t panic, girls panic soon. Samiksha jokes on Radhika. Radhika says Kartik’s presentation was so exhausting that the projector wire got tired. She fixes the issue. Rajesh smiles. Lucky says I was thinking to add new items in the menu, like sandwiches, our samosa chaat is the best. Jairam says we need money and people to add the new items. Suman asks about Radhe. Lucky says he said he isn’t hungry. Gomti says he didn’t have breakfast also. Suman asks Lucky to take the tiffin and ask Radhe to have food. Lucky says I will try.
Radhika says we can’t see the struggle of stubborn women, I m talking about working mothers, whose children are very small, they also balance everything, their kids, work and family. Rajesh says working moms, I get up, what’s your CSR project idea. Radhika says we will create a space for them, it will be for all the working women of ACS and the offices in this building. She explains the idea.
She says I think this can be a life changing experience for them. Samiksha says its not a bad idea, but the impact will be more in small towns. Radhika says we should start with the nearby areas, if we can make it friendly and safe, then it can be good. Vinayak asks about the profits. Radhika says mother is a emotion, if we value this emotion, I think it will make his corporate image. Vinayak likes her idea. Preeti comes to the hostel. She sees Baldev and hides. Kartik argues with Radhika. He defends his idea. He asks how is your idea better than ours. Radhika says many girls have left their jobs because of their motherhood. He says nobody is asking Emily to leave her job during her pregnancy, she can continue the job even after having a child, if they leave the job as an emotional fool then its their loss. She asks how many female employees do we have on top level, just 2, Samiksha and Priyal, many could have reached to that level, tell me how many male employees are there on top position and who are fathers also, its 12 out of 15, does fathers have no emotions for their children, is this your point. She says we can provide a family for girls like Emily, Kartik your idea to educate girls is good, I m saying the women who are a part of the workforce, we should retain them. Samiksha says that’s amazing. Rajesh says I told you that your idea has to be better than mine and you did it, congrats. She smiles.
Rajesh says if Emily leaves me after her delivery, what will happen of me, I can’t function without her, congrats, we will work on your idea. Manish compliments Radhika. Others also praise her. Kartik says our idea was way better. He argues and calls her a loser. Radhika scolds him. He says you can’t survive here. She says I don’t know if I get the job or not, I will stay more than you do, I have decided this.
