Reyhna Pandit reacts to the reports of her breakup with Zeeshan Khan; says, “We haven’t split but have taken a break”
Last month, actor Zeeshan Khan announced his breakup with Reyhna Pandit through a post on his social media account. Now it seems like the couple had a change of heart and the two are reconsidering their decision.
Reyhna talked about it in a recent interview and said, “It was never a break-up from my end. We had a fight and things got ugly, and that’s when Zeeshan posted about our split on his social media account. I was not sure about ending the relationship because I really love him. So, I just let things be and in the past few weeks, I spent time with my parents in Nashik, looked after my cat, who had given birth to kittens, and since I am not shooting currently, I spent time alone. I needed this space and Zeeshan also needed time for himself. I don’t see this as a break-up, I would call it a break. We are giving each other time to see if we can reconnect and build a future together.”
Zeeshan also commented on it in an interview with BT and shared, “Yes, I agree with Reyhna. This is just a break that we are taking, it is not a break-up. I did post about parting ways because at that time, I felt that things had reached a certain point. However, I can never hate Reyhna. She has brought a lot of peace in my life and I need to consider that before taking any drastic decision. Also, I am not someone who gets into a relationship just for the sake of it. When I commit to someone, it is for life. Reyhna and I will continue to be friends and keep in touch. We are just taking this time to give each other space and figure out a few things.”
For the unversed, Reyhna and Zeeshan who met on the set of Kumkum Bhagya have been in a relationship for the last three years.
