Kinjal asks Leela and Hasmukh to go and sleep as Samar is taking care of Toshu, then she will. Kavya walks in crying. Leela asks what happened to her. Anupama tells Anuj that maybe Barkha misunderstood, why would Maaya peep into their room. Anuj says maybe she is missing Little Anu and hence came in to see her. Anupama says possible. Anuj says they shouldn’t judge then. Maaya thinks let everyone think whatever they want to, she knows what she wants and will start mission Maaya from tomorrow. Everyone ask Kavya why is she crying. Kavya informs that Vanraj misbehaved with Mohit on set and Mohit kicked her out of job. She says she knows Toshu’s condition and she should have been at home, but work is also important. She tells Vanraj that he can see her makeup and phone calls, but he can’t see her keeping herself awake whole night for the shooting; she had already informed him about her late night shoot, even then he came there and created a drama; she changed herself completely for him, but he couldn’t change his attitude for a day.
She says she can’t expect anything from brainless Leela and hence expected from Vanraj, but he proved that he is Leela’s son; he should stop expecting her and Kinjal to be like Anupama as they can’t sacrifice like Anupama, even Anupama got tired and left their house; she wants to work peacefully. She complains Hasmukh that she lost a big project because of Vanraj; if its her mistake that she married a man who doesn’t trust her and thinks she goes for timepass at shooting. Hasmukh comforts her. Vanraj apologizes her. Kavya asks what is the use now. Leela shouts that everybody are bothered about themselves and nobody is bothered about Toshu. Kavya says Toshu is not her reponsibility. Rakhi says even its not Kinjal’s responsibility, they should be happy that Kinjal is staying with them even after Toshu’s infidelity and will not sacrifice her career for Toshu.
Vanraj asks them to stop and says it has just been a day since Toshu came home and nobody wants to take his responsibility. Kavya repeats that Toshu is not her responsibility and warns that she will continue to work and he can’t dare stop her. Rakhi says she will take Pari home as Shahs can’t handle Toshu, forget handling Pari. She asks Kinjal not to worry about Pari and concentrate on her work. Leela feels worried recalling Kavya and Rakhi’s words. Vanraj returns to his room and sees Kavya crying inconsalably.
Anuj expresses his love for Anupama and says he missed her a lot and will not let her go anywhere now. Door bell rings. Anuj opens door thinking who must have come early morning. Leela walks in crying and calling Anupama. Anupama hurriedly brings water for her and asks what happened. Vanraj walks in and tries to take Leela away saying Leela is just emotionally overwhelmed. Leela refuses to go without speaking to Anupama. Whole family gathers hearing Leela’s cries. Leela cries that her curse returned on herself and her family is shattering. Anupama asks what really happened. Leela says Toshu fell down from bed and broke his head; she had told Anupama that they don’t need her, but they need her now. She falls on Anupama’s feet and pleads her to return to Shah house with her. Maaya grins seeing the drama. Leela continues her emotionally blackmail that Toshu is her son and its her responsibility to take care of him.
Vanraj says their house needs Anupama, but Anupama doesn’t need their house; they have to learn to handle their problems and shouldn’t trouble others. Leela then starts emotionally blackmailing Anuj. Barkha asks why can’t they hire a male nurse and why Leela always thinks separating Anuj and Anupama is the only solution. Leela says Anupama is Toshu’s mother. Ankusy says Anupama is a mother and not a doctor. Leela says whole world’s doctors can’t be equal to a mother and continues emotionally blacmailing Anupama. Barkha says this is emotional blackmail. Leela says whatever it is, its between her and Anupama and continues. Anupama asks Anuj if she shall go. Anuj looks at her. Anupama thinks she is a mother and can’t leave her son alone. Anuj thinks he and Little Anu need her more, if its really a serious issue, Vanraj would have called Anupama; why can’t Anupama be silent and let Vanraj handle Leela. He just says haaa haa.. Maaya grins hearing that. Barkha notices her facial expression. Leela asks Anupama to come now and let someone send her bags. Anupama says not bags, her daughter. Vanraj thanks Anuj for understanding their problem.
Precap: Shahs dance to cheer up Toshu. Anupama calls Anuj. He says he is busy and gets busy playing game with Little Anu and Maaya. Little Anu informs Anupama that she, papa, and Maaya are playing king, queen, and princess’ game. Anupama tells Leela that her role in this house has finished, she had come here for her son, now she will return to her house for her daughter and will play her heroine role.

In this show the main characters are lame af whereas the antagonists are the ones with actual brains and capable of taking a stand for themselves.
mukesh u r absolutely correct. anupama is very dumb,weak and annoying with her constant overreacting and even after moving from her ex-in-laws house she still dresses the same with the tacky sarees when she can now afford to wear nice sarees. She is one of the female leads who are stuck in 4th century with her mindset as well as physical appearance. The writers clearly have no clue of women empowerment since they are promoting this rotten shit.

I feel bad for CA, whose mother would rather run behind her adult children who have a full joint family’s support, rather than be there for her childhood and protect her from a scheming creep. Poor Barkha, no one believes her. I’m sure the Maaya arc will end with her and Barkha facing off.
Huda atleast thankfully the writer of these updates are maybe starting to realize how horrible this show is just like any other show after lockdown. 😆😆 Hopefully soon there should be a day where the writer stops giving written updates but before that if this circus show shuts down, the whole india will be spared from atleast this bad show. I agree both Anuj and Choti anu deserve a stronger woman meaning bold personality and beautiful modern one as a mother. Honestly kavya would make a better mother than anupama, if kavya planned to become a mother. Anyways poor kavya and anuj are stuck with old age partners with old mindset
Anuj should punish Anupama by being close to Maaya n let her do all the things with CA, or else Anupama is taking advantage of Anuj’s kindness!

Kavya would make a better mother than anupama as kavya and i would also like to add barkha also because both kavya and barkha are the type of people who would never let leela talk shit about theirselves or their kid and family.
@ No I agree anupama deserves punishment but that would not be enough. As @iris had commented today and some other good users had commented few months before, Anuj and choti anu do deserve a good looking mother with a mature yet strong personality.
Looks like Maya will soon fall for Anuj and even Little Anu is getting more closer to Maya than anupama because nowadays maya is taking more care and giving more time to Little Anu than Anupama. God knows when will Anupama learn to say no. Rakhi and Barkha was right that it’s better to keep a male nurse for toshu who will give proper treatment to toshu but no this leela has so much issue even for hiring a male nurse.
At least Kavya is far better than Anupama as she is a straight forward woman who learns to say no and the way she gave befitting reply today to vanraj and baa was absolutely right where she directly said that toshu is not her responsibility and yes why she alone should take toshus responsibility when other family members are there at home sitting jobless. Can’t they together take toshus responsibility together? And it’s good rakhi took pari with herAt least she will take proper care of her grandaughter unlike leela and vanraj who only knows to run away from the responsibility wherever there is a trouble and put the responsibility on shoulder of anupama kavya or kinjal.

Shah family members are like puppets who dances only when anupama will hold the strings. Here toshu is paralyzed and unable to move but in reality it looks like vanraj and baa are more paralyzed who are not able to do anything even though they are sitting idle and doing nothing.
It’s high time that both kavya and kinjal along with pari should leave this shah house as it’s family members are useless and are not capable of doing anything exepct playing blame game and emotional dramas. Kavya and kinjal should start a new life for themselves and focus on their career because whatever they have done for shah family as bahus is more than enough and it’s not their fault if shah family members are dissatisfied who are expert in fault finding instead of trying to sort out the problem. It might sound as selfish step but it’s not wrong also as sometimes we have to think practically and thinking about yourself is also not wrong. Career is also important as family. It’s better to stay alone peacefully rather than staying with this kind of toxic family who never appreciates and values your efforts and sacrifices but only knows to blame whenever any problem comes up.
I see here many people blaming anupama but kisi ke jawaan bete ko paralytic attack aa jaye isse bura kya hi ho skta h sometimes patients do not recover in their life time too anupama is right here to visit shah house for sometime but she should take care of kapadia house too and shah family should hire a nurse who will take care of toshu. Anuj should understand the situation i see he is not that close to toshu but anupama is mother if toshu dies what will be her condition.

It’s because she’s a doormat. When Shah family hurled abuses at CA and Anuj she stood by quietly!
As to Toshu, he absolutely abused her as NO son should.
Anupamaa should insist that Shah family employ a male nurse to change Toshu’s diapers, clean his ADULT private parts.
But NO, Shah family will not employ nurse or maid, Rakhi already offered that.
Actually, 2 nurses should be employed, they should be allowed toilet breaks etc.
Sameer went for a toilet break and Toshu totally paralyzed fell off bed, how did he do that if he cannot move? Could not Baa or V have sat with him?
Anupamaa needs to support Toshu but with professional assistance.
As adults, children should be held accountable for their actions, they are individuals. It does not mean that parents don’t love or support them, it means thay they take control of their lives and support their parents not make parents lives hell.
better anupama take her son to her house… no need for shahs to bother so much about anupama son. first time on this earth post divorce father is taking care of children… in actual scenario children get glued to mother.
Big boss agreed. Why on earth should she visit that shah house when she can shift her eldest adult son to kapadia house? The only time she should visit shah house is only on special occasions that too at the cost if leela promises to not ruin the occasions with her cribbing and cry baby drama. If leela was my mother-in-law or god forbid if I had any family member or any in-laws that have similar personality to leela, I would never bother to give them my energy and time of the day and if she came barging uninvited into where I live, then i would get her arrested or i would shift to a foreign country without telling anyone the name or city of that country so that the old hag cannot come. I personally thank my stars that there is no one who behaves like that old hag in my life.
Why should Kapadia household have to put up with Toshu.
People recover faster in their own homes.
So Toshu needs to stay and be nursed in Shah home by professionals with Anupamaa visiting each day for a few hours, maybe to spoon feed him!
Kally, even K house do not have to put up with him but I think that is what anupama will do but lets just hope she will take a mature decision of leaving toshu in shah house because I also agree people’s recovery speeds up in their own houses/hospitals with professional doctors. Also I agree anupama should make a certain time of everyday for visiting him without letting it hinder the time for choti
Kally exactly in maybe two or three forums ago I also had suggested in my comment that two male nurses should be hired to clean and change paritosh. Everything you said are absolute truth. Why should a wife do it? Specially when her husband shamelessly justified his own one night stand when he was caught doing it during her pregnancy? As for anupama, she can visit her adult son whenever she wants but she should have enough backbone to never let anyone specially leela shah verbally say bad things about choti anu or anyone else in Kapadia family. But we cannot expect anything from anupama as she clearly is a weak character stuck in very backward era as suggested by someone else in this forum.
I started to watch this show as I thought it promoted women in a positive light but sad to say that ship has long sailed. Anupama is a broken woman who found the strength to pick up the pieces and start again why then are the producers not taking advantage of highlighting the human side of what most women go through daily instead of trying to portray them as a Goddess. I have said it many times in their attempt to make women GREAT they just make out indian women to be GULLIBLE and STUPID. I would also like to know why no one can put Leela in her place even her own husband cant reason with her. This show started off nice but it is sliding down the hill of failure very quickly
@Divya leela deserve a very strict husband with a scary angry look, who’s even physically built more buff and bigger than her then only she will be put in her place. I don’t really care about annoypama but if leela shah messes with kinjal, then rakhi dave should make leela’s life a living hell until she truly learns her lesson to never mess with kinjal no matter what and until she falls at kinjal’s feet and apologizes to her promising to never trouble kinjal no matter what.
I come here to read the complaints. And laugh that no matter how rubbish you think the show is you all seem to watch it every day. And the fact you are all so silly you don’t realize that by watching it even though you hate it your keeping it on TV. Because a show’s success is made out of loads of people watching.
From me to you all thank you as I really enjoy watching Anupama and I can actually get my head around the fact that this isn’t real. I am not watching the show for women’s empowerment because that would actually be stupid and pointless. Real empowerment is not being a woman and doing it all its understanding that you can’t do it all and there are also other human beings on this planet who can help. Being wise is also understanding when you need that help.

Look like Kinjal she Raki daughter but why she choose Anupama over her own mother.
And Kayva when Vanraj and Phaki were staying with her she could even take care of them, that’s why God didn’t blessed her yet with a child of her own.
And Barkha she was raising her brother as her own child could even installed good values and why when he was in pain the first person he could think of was Anupama.
Be honest when Anuj was in the comma Anupama love let him recover quickly the doctors were saying it’s a maricle, and know I prefer to Maya she would’ve hire a nurse to took care of Anuj and how long would’ve been taken.

To my understanding,and to my knowledge of this show, is that if you are once married and divorce, you can never enjoy normal love life again, all your responsibility have to be focused on your first marriage and children and easy for men to moved on.
Baa is here to activate her curse? By asking Anupama to go to Toshu when she has a little daughter Anu n her husband to look after?
Please this show I thought they are promoting women empowerment and advancement when will we see a more sensible and refined anupama. Cos despite being Mrs kapadia she still dress tacky like a middle class woman and her mentality still the same and the ex mother in-law is also allowed to treat her like trash. I’m not going to watch this rubbish again am out!
