Written Update
In today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai we saw Akshara welcoming Abhimanyu into his cabin as the new Medical Director. Akshara and Abhimanyu celebrate with hugs.
Swarna is worried as she cannot find Arohi. He tells Suhasini that she feels Arohi is planning something. Lata comes to their house and suggests marrying Vansh. Lata who never lies is concerned about Arohi’s marriage too. Arohi comes and says that she will get married soon and will send the sweets to Lata. Arohi asks her to leave.
Abhimanyu consults Dr. Ishaan and says he wants to stop the medication for anxiety. The doctor says that although he is feeling better now but his pulse is still a little high and hence he should continue the pills for a while. He says that it will take time for him to recover fully. Manjiri overhears the conversation and wishes that Abhimanyu gets healthy again and stops taking these pills.
Goenkas discusses Vansh’s marriage. Vansh says that he will prefer arrange marriage. Swarna says that Lata can arrange for the meeting with the girl’s parents today. They decide to call Akshara.
Manjiri asks Akshara what will she wear for tonight’s party. She says that the staff will be delighted to see them together. Akshara receives calls from Kairav who tells her about Vansh’s alliance. Akshara says that she will be there before the party.
Akshara brings sweets for Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu tells her about a friend who is organizing a concert soon. He says that she is the singer for the concert. He says that they are lucky for each other and asks her to say yes to the concert. Mahima calls Arohi and arranges a meeting.
Akshara goes to her parental home for Vansh’s alliance. She tells everyone that Abhimanyu has been promoted to the designation of Medical Director. Swarna tells Akshara about Arohi and says that she is planning something. Aradhana and her family come to meet the Goenkas. Her mother says that she knows that Kairav takes medicine for his mental health. She enquires if Vansh to has a mental illness. Manish says that everyone is fine. She says that she also knows about the murder charge. This irked Akshara and she gives a befitting reply to the girl’s parents. Aradhana and her parents leave.
Abhimanyu on the other hand is waiting for Akshara. Akshara texts Abhimanyu that she has left from her house.
Precap: Abhimanyu decides to celebrate his birthday with Akshara, Akshara plans a surprise for him.

The recent WU always seem incomplete or some important bits seem to be missing, ever since the writer has been replaced… Even in today’s one she ignored certain mentions; for an example when that lady criticised Kairav’s mental health and brought the topic of murder charges, his state detoriated pretty badly but that’s not written here… Even in the kitchen scene with Akshu & Manjari the writer has just ignored the last bit after kairav’s call, where Manjari once again gives Akshara a mild warning… Even in the Pre-cap, it’s shown that when Abhi is about to get into his car he feels something odd in the surrounding and suddenly a headlight flashes on to him…
Some of these points or scenes are quite important for the story as a whole and for the reader to understand the actual scenario / plot, I know writers are doing a great job but earlier writer used to explain the scenes beautifully , specially the important ones (*even though there were a few typos or name mix ups etc. here and there) and the reader used to get a clear picture of the episode even before watching it.
But nowadays something is missing, you don’t get that feeling while reading it and when you check the actual episode you definitely find this WU not upto the standard or incomplete in some places.
Just felt like writing this, because I’ve been noticing it ever since the new writer started updating but didn’t want to comment because it’s not an easy job and specially if you are new at it. But now it’s becoming her style of writing which is less than satisfactory for me as a seasoned reader of this WU forum!
Yes i agree.. I also noticed that some important part are being missed since the new writer started updating this… I wonder why the writer changed 🙄
From a few episodes looks like even the writer of written updates has lost all interest in this serial.

No actually they have changed the writer. I know current episodes are not even worth commenting. But it’s the writer’s responsibility to give a satisfactory and clear update to anyone who visits to read. These recent WU are sort of written in a rush and left incomplete… Maybe just like the writers of YRKKH lol 😆

That’s what I was about to say😂 This serial is ruined, the charm is ruined. The standard it set in 13 years also went down the drain. It looks worse than Ektha Kapoor’s show now.
Abhira in today’s episode was better. But mental illness, the writers have to research more about it. The dialogues of akshara about it was completely wrong.
Mahima again is making use of Aarohi! And she will be more than happy to oblige!
I realised tat MA is still writing updates for the other serials like Anupama, Imlie, YHC n Ghkkpm except for Pandya store and YRRKH! Wonder why? Could it be tat she also lose interest in YRRKH n Pandyas??
Yes something is not right, I.e sometimes it is shown either Abhi runs across to the Goenkas or Akshara does same. But after leaving for the party she was driving, stopped to change a tire and still missed the party? Like how far away is it? I don’t understand how Akshu got late?
Also they want to feature mental illness, ok, but they seem to be going about that the wrong way, that should be handled by both families, as one family are doctors, akshu only, with no experience, should be handling this because she is not totally stable .
