Paras Kalnawat open up on the linkup rumors with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame Navika Kotia
Paras Kalnawat who earlier had a nasty breakup with Urfi Javed has moved on now. Paras, who is currently seen on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 is currently on cordial terms with Urfi. The actor is now being linked with the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress, Navika Kotia.
When asked about it during a recent interview, he said, “Navika and I are very good friends. I share everything with her. In fact, we are a gang of three — Palak (Sidhwani), Navika and me. We hang out together a lot. Navika and I first met around five years ago at the mock shoot for my debut TV show after which we lost touch. We reconnected on Instagram after I bumped into her at a common friend’s birthday party. I have great respect for people who work hard and don’t resort to shortcuts in life to accomplish what they have set out for. The reason why I like Navika.”
When asked if there is a chance for the friendship to graduate eventually, he replied, “I can’t predict the future — what will happen or who I will date. At this point, it’s pure friendship.”
Talking about what he looks for in an ideal partner, Paras said, “Someone very simple just like me. I don’t believe in having an ego or attitude. My partner should respect everyone irrespective of where they stand in the hierarchy. I can’t stand people who disrespect others or talk badly. I am averse to using foul language and definitely would want my partner to refrain from using it, too,” he signs off.
