Anupama shifts Anuj to his room. Kaise Kahoon Bina Tere Zindagi Ye Kya Hogi… song plays in the background. Wardboys setup medical equipment and ask Anupama if she understood their operation. She nods yes. They leave. She recites a shayari for Anuj meaning she will manage his work, house, festivities, and everything until he gets well. She expresses her love for him and calls Little Anu. Little Anu walks in and sits in her lap. Anupama asks her to click their pic and takes their selfie. She then asks Little Anu not to enter papa’s room without her permission. Little Anu agrees. Nurse walks in. Anupama asks her to take care of Anuj for a minute and walks out.
Anupama walks to the living room where Barkha says that Anupama hired a third class nurse and should send her away as she hired a nurse and a doctor who will visit Anuj twice a day, she need not worry about the business as Ankush and Adhik will handle the business and if needed she will takeover the office. Everyone looks at her. Barkha says she need not take any stress and worry about Anuj or his business, if need be she will send Anuj’s report to USA. Anupama says Barkha need not worry about Anuj as she is there to handle him and her state of mind is absolutely fine. Barkha says she is Anuj’s life before Anupama came in. Anupama says she is Anuj’s life partner for 7 lives. Barkha says then she must be even Vanraj’s partner for 7 lives. Anupama says her relationship with Vanraj ended in this life itself and asks if she remembers what is tomorrow.
Barkha says Janmastami festival. Anupama says tomorrow is even Anuj’s birthday according to tithi if she doesn’t remember it, she wants to celebrate Anuj’s birthday in a grand way. GK says its a second life for Anuj and they will celebrate his birthday. Hasmukh, Samar, and Toshu back them. Barkha asks if dance and music is necessary tomorrow. Anupama says absolutely necessary. Adhik gets Pakhi’s message and goes out to meet her. Pakhi says she is worried for Vanraj and Ankush and is missing Adhik. He asks if she really is missing him. She says after the accident, she realized that life has no guarantee and Adhik is most precious to her.
Anupama learns using smartwatch from Samar and says even she is a human and may fail to manage time. Hasmukh and GK discuss that they should learn multitasking and time management from women. Anupama says they need to celebrate Anuj’s birthday in a grand way that he feels FOMO/fear of missing out and wake up from coma. Barkha asks Anupama to sign a few cheques. Anupama asks what are these for. Ankush says these are new project cheques which Ankush is handling. Anupama refuses to sign them until Anuj wakes up as she heard Anuj was not having confident on the clients and didn’t want to sign the deal. Barkha asks if she doesn’t trust Ankush. Anupama says when Anuj didn’t want to sign the deal, she will not approve it. GK says Anuj even discussed about it with him.
Barkha yells at GK if she should remind him repeatedly that he is a servant. Anupama says if she should remind her repeatedly that GK is elder of this house and she should respect him, Anuj considers GK as a father figure and if Barkha cannot understand that, her USA degrees are waste. Barkha says Anupama is more worried about GK’s dignity than theirs. Ankush says they are talking about business and Anupama doesn’t have any business sense. Anupama says whatever sense she has is enough for the business. Barkha shouts if she will explain her and Ankush. Anupama stops her hearing alarm and leaves to give medicine to Anuj. Nurse says Anupama need not worry as she will manage. Anupama says she will come even then for the peace of her mind. Little Anu interacts with her.
Adhik and Pakhi hug and promise each other that they will be together whatever may happen. Anupama returns to Barkha and Ankush. Barkha accuses her that since Anuj made her a signing authority, she thinks she is the owner of Kapadia empire. Anupama says its wrong. Ankush asks if she wants to prove that only she is worried for Anuj and they are nothing for Anuj. Anupama says she is doing what Anuj would have done as nothing is important to her than Anuj. Barkha laughs and says if she really cared for her husband, she wouldn’t have protected Vanraj who attempted to murder Anuj. Anupama says she is thinking wrong. Barkha says just like Anupama doesn’t trust them, even they don’t trust her and fear Anupama and Vanraj will loot Kapadia empire. Ankush says Barkha is right.
Argument ensues. Barkha says she and Ankush have decided to hire a nurse for Anuj and fix a CCTV camera to monitor Anuj’s condition as they don’t trust Anupama. She gets adamant that she will file police complaint against Vanraj. Anupama asks Samar to call an auto for Barkha. Barkha says she will go by car. Anupama says car belongs to her husband and its keys are with her, why would Barkha request from a bad woman. She warns them that she knows how to handle her house and doesn’t need Barkha or anyone else’s help and if she tries to trouble her, she will be forced to implement the decision Anuj took and wanted to announce about it after the festival. Barkha and Ankush stand shocked hearing her befitting reply.
Precap: Anupama plans Anuj’s birthday. Vanraj decides to meet Anuj tomorrow. Barkha conspires against Anupama.
