Kartik is with Akshu and is putting her to sleep. He goes downstairs and gets a tray of food. He goes to Kaira room, and:
Kartik: Naira, khana kha lo.
Naira: Kartik
Kartik: Kya hai
Naira: Ae
Kartik: B
Naira: Chi
Kartik: Chi nahi C, hota hai.
Kaira laugh.
Kartik: Ab chup chap khan kha lo.
Naira: Sorry, Kartik, I am so bad, I hurt you, I left you to mourn my death, and when I got to know that you are not Kartik when I was Aarya, I used that word
Kartik: Naira…. the word is the problem. A husband can tolerate anything but he will never tolerate when his wife, woh insults him. I know that I am angry with you and I tried to hide my anger.

Kartik gets up to check on Manish Swarna, and then Dadi. As he goes out, his words make Naira feel guilt even more.
Dark Room
Kartik, after checking on Manish, Swarna and Dadi, he goes to the dark room.
Kartik: vo din, ab nahi ane chahiye, Naira.
He sees staff bhaiya and calls him
Kartik : Bhaiya move the box and the things out of room now. Place them in our room, it will stay their from now on, and put kids things in bacho’s room, this place needs to be cleaned.
Staff: Sir, lekin diwar..?
Kartik: Rehne do, jaisa hai rehne do.
Kaira room
The staff brings the boxes in to Kaira’s room, and then sherni and mendak toys fall down. Naira notices it.
Naira: Bhaiya, dedo mujhe.
Kartik: You have to sleep. Goodnight.
He switches off the light and lies down. The scene freezes
Kaira room Morning
Kartik wakes up to find Naira gone.
Kartik: Naira?!?!?! Tum kaha ho?!?!?
He gets up and finds her in kitchen
Kartik: Kisi ne sahi kaha tha, old habits die hard. I love you sherni
Naira gets emotional and : I love you too mendak..
He has to get Kairav ready and goes and wakes Kairav.
Kartik: Naira kamre me jao.
She goes.
Kartik wakes Kairav up.
Kairav runs into Kaira’s room where Naira is sleeping
He lets go of Kartik’s hand and runs to his mumma
Kartik: Let mumma sleep na, play with her after school bacha.
Kairav: Par Papa
Kartik: Baby, I will make you ready for school
Naira slowly gets up and smiles at Kairav,
Kairav: Good morning mumma
Naira: Good morning mera bacha
Kartik: Kairav, late ho raha he na.
Akshu starts to cry
Naira: Kartik, I will take care of Akshu you see Kairav
Kartik keeps quiet, and goes to Kairav
Naira: Akshu bacha, mumma is so bad, papa is so good. I hurt him and family, still he didn’t give up trying to get me back.
Kartik enters the room and sees Naira removed the cuff.
Kartik: Naira, yeh kya hai, why did you remove cuff?? Tikh nahi hona he kya?
Naira: Kar-
Kartik ignores Naira and leaves
He takes Akshu and puts her in the cradle, and makes Naira wear the cuff.
As soon as Kartik leaves, Naira goes in to the dark room and sees numbers on the wall, and realises Kartik was counting the days she was away.
Naira in mind: I will never forgive myself, Kartik is suffering because of me, I left my Kairav, my Akshu, my family, and most importantly my Kartik.
As the Naira’s guilt increases, she starts to cry
Kartik remembers Naira’s words to Akshu, and cries, but when Kairav comes he stops.
Though one part of him loves her and wants to forgive her, the other part still makes him remember that word he was called. Kairav hugs him, making him forget about Naira for the moment.
Kairav: Bye papa…, bye mumma!
Kairav leaves with Vansh.
