Suhani and Sarika visit Surya in the hospital. Suhani says that she didn’t gave poison to Surya. Praful leaves the room. Suhani tells Surya that Sikandar is innocent too. She asks him that if he really doubts Sikandar. Sarika says that Sikandar and Arjun did nothing and everything is Gehna’s mistake. He says that no one can be happier than him if Sikandar is innocent. But someone gave poison to him for sure. And Sikandar may not gave poison to him but he killed Anant and trapped Gehna in that case and Sikandar confessed it in front of the police.
And Arjun supported Sikandar in all this. She asks him that who is Gehna. He tells her that Gehna is his wife. He says that Gehna forgave him and asks Suhani to accept Gehna as her daughter in law. Suhani tells him that she don’t believe Gehna so she won’t accept her as daughter in law. She adds that she will prove that Gehna is behind everything. She asks him that why Gehna disappeared when it’s his discharge day.
On the other hand, Gehna gives samples to Sanjay and asks him to call her after testing them and leaves from there. Suhani welcomes Surya. He is about to fall but Gehna holds him ( Title song plays in the background ). Dada and Dadi smiles seeing that. Sikandar’s wife apologizes to Surya. He tells her that she need not to apologize and he still respect her. He adds that she and Kartick are his responsibility from now on.
Suhani cooks Surya’s favourite dishes. Gehna tells her that they can’t give heavy food to Surya because he just discharged from the hospital. She cooks kitchdi. Suhani tells her that Surya hates khichdi and he will eat her handmade food only. She serves food to Surya.
Gehna says that Surya is not allowed to eat oily food. She asks Surya to eat kitchdi for his recovery. He eats one bite paratha for Suhani’s sake. Then he eats kitchdi for his health. He thanks Suhani for everything. She tells him that she also wants him to recover fast so he can eat kitchdi. She leaves the room. Sarika tells Suhani that the latter lost against Gehna. Suhani tells her that she has to do something so Surya doubt Gehna because until Gehna is here they can’t save Sikandar.
Gehna feeds Surya. Next morning, she helps him to walk in the lawn. She refuses to talk to Sanjay in front of Surya. Sanjay tells Gehna that Surya don’t have any blood relation with Suhani and Sarika. She realises that Suhani is not Surya’s biological mother and she informs about it to Surya. He refuses to believe her so she gives DNA test report to him. He says that everything is lie and throws the test result. Suhani comes there. Surya questions Suhani. She says that Surya got to know the truth so he has to die and shoots him which shocks Gehna.
