Sanjay shows their new project’s account details to Pramod and says Paragi is right that there are financial irregularities. Pramod asks if he checked himself or Paragi forced her to do so, he is blindly trusting Paragi. Sanjay tells him that it’s good that he checked the accounts as he thought Pramod is the signing authority, but he finds his name in everything. Pramod defends himself and says he is making a mistake by trusting Paragi. Sanjay says he feels suspicious seeing his weird behavior. Vinod walks to them hearing their conversation.
Shiva visits Paragi’s office. Paragi asks what is she doing here and informs that Chanda is searching for her. Shiva says she came to apologize to her. Paragi suspects her sudden change in behavior. Shiva apologizes and offers a sweet box to her. Paragi says she doesn’t trust her and Atul and will not forgive them and warns her not to visit her office without prior permission. Shiva leaves frustrated thinking she couldn’t execute her task. Paragi thinks why did she come here.
Vinod scolds Sanjay for accusing Pramod. Sanjay informs that the documents have his signature, but he didn’t sign them; he is just questioning Pramod and not accusing him. Vinod asks Pramod if he knows anything about this fraud. Pramod nods no. Vinod asks Sanjay to seek Pramod and Paragi’s help to solve this problem. Sanjay nods okay and walks away. Vinod consoles Pramod and asks him not to take Sanjay’s allegations seriously. Pramod blames Paragi for Sanjay’s behavior. Vinod says he trusts even Paragi.
Batra informs Paragi about the meeting with the education minister. He notices her applying dark lipstick and tries to point at it. Paragi hopes Sanjay must have checked the accounts by now and trusts her by now. Pramod informs Baby about Sanjay’s suspicion. Baby asks him to calm down. He says he feels guilty for breaking his brother’s trust. She tells Vinod earned it because of Pramod’s hard work. He relaxes listening to her. He asks her about their plan. She says they need to wait till Shiva executes the plan. He says they don’t have much time left.
Paragi visits Chanda’s house. Shiva informs that Atul is searching a job for him. Paragi and Chanda walk into a room. Shiva picks Paragi’s mobile and seeing Paragi returning hurriedly puts it in Paragi’s bag. Paragi returns home later and does Sanjay’s relaxing head massage. Sanjay says she was right about the financial irregularities and thinks Pramod is involved in it, but is not 100% sure. She says he won’t be punished as he is innocent and hugs him.
