Sushma reminds Paragi that she is Sanjay’s wife and orders her to let Sanjay go and end this issue right there. Batra asks Paragi to decide. Paragi requests Sanjay to send Sushma home and return to her cabin for investigation. Sanjay tells Sushma to go home and not drag the issue. Sushma walks away. Back in Paragi’s cabin, Sanjay submits his company’s financial details. Batra says there is no need to check the file. Paragi informs Sanjay there is no financial fraud in Sanjay coaching center but his new university project. Sanjay says he hasn’t begun the university project yet and is still finding investors for it.
Batra says he wants to know why students are paying tuition fees when the university hasn’t opened yet. Sanjay says no transactions have happened yet. Paragi says they investigated the case well and it’s a money laundering case. Sanjay says she knows he won’t do that. Batra reminds him that he is talking to an IAS officer and not his wife. Paragi tells Sanjay they have evidence to prove their words and he can submit his proof of innocence if he has any.
Sushma returns home. Baby informs her that she need not worry about Sanjay as Pramod went to meet their legal advisor to find a way to help Sanjay. Sushma praises Pramod and says Paragi refused to support Sanjay in her office. Back at Paragi’s office, Sanjay tells Paragi and Batra that all the allegations against him are false and tries to leave when Paragi stops him and says the investigation is not yet over. She asks him to submit the proof of his innocence within 3 days or else he may end up in jail. Pramod enters the office, and Batra gets angry at him. Sanjay tells Batra that he cannot investigate Sanjay in their lawyer’s absence, gives him a court order, and takes Sanjay from there.
Vinod tries to calm down Sushma saying Sanjay would have submitted the financial documents and Paragi would have acknowledged the documents and sent him home. Sushma says peon insulted Sanjay. Vinod says Paragi can help Sanjay in this issue. Paragi checks documents and thinks of finding out when became the owner of the new company. Sanjay thinks how the fraud happened when he hasn’t opened the university yet. Pramod tries to provoke him saying Paragi and Batra are taking revenge on him for the holi festival day drama and Baby asks Sanjay not to expect anything from Paragi as she is aimed at getting the promotion by risking his reputation. Sanjay denies to accept it and supports Paragi.
Sushma says everything is happening after the holi drama. Atul informs them that Shiva mixed bhang in Sanjay’s drink and explains everything. Paragi scolds peon for misbehaving with Sanjay. Sushma blames Paragi and her family for all the issues. Sanjay asks her to stop thinking about it and focus on the problem. Baby provokes Sushma and asks if she will forget this issue.
