Shah family enjoy snacks after celebrating holi. Baa says by god’s grace they enjoyed this year’s holi really well. Anu blushes imagining time spent with Anuj. Samar taunts her, and she feels shy. Anuj consumes bhank and heavily inebriated standing on a water tanker gathers everyone. He jokes with mamaji. Kinjal asks if Anuj had bhang. Anu remembers her drama last year after consuming bhang. She asks Anuj to come come. Anuj says there is a good news. Meenu asks if he is pregnant as naani/Baa was telling mummy there is a good news. Rakhi asks what is his good news. Anuj plays Jai Jai Shiva Shankar.. song and dances. Anu asks what is he doing. Vanraj taunts he is ruining her reputation and asks her to get him down. Pakhi and Rakhi ask how did he come down on holi day.
Samar asks him to come down or else he will fall down. Anuj says falling down is Vanraj’s department. He says he remembers he has fallen in love and after a bit of drama he says he wants to announce that he immensely loves Anupama. He tells Anu that he loves her since 26 years and will continue to love her. He says he loves Anupama, but light motached mausi/aunt Vanraj interferes between them and asks Senapati Samar to shave them off. Neighbors complain that their drama started again. Anu requests him to come down. He says he will after announcing one line and says his Anupama will be grandma. Rakhi asks what is new in it. He says he will rephrase his line and says he and Anupama will marry soon. Rakhi says its a breaking news, looking at Vanraj says in fact heartbreaking news. Neighbors taunt that grandma will take phera holding her grandson and yell at Anu.
Anu asks Anuj to come down right now. He tries to get down, slips, and falls on cloth bundles. Samar and others lift him up. Anu thanks god.
Back home, Anuj lying on Bapuji’s lap says his life revolves around only Anupama now and desires to print their names on a wedding card. Mamaji calling him as damadji/son-in-law asks him to have lemon water. Baa warns him to dare not say that. Rakhi says let him say that as Anuj is becoming Shah family’s damad. Anu thanks Kanhaji for protecting Anuj. Anuj tells Bapuji that only Bapuji, mamaji, Anu, Kinjal, and Dolly are good in this house and describes Baa, Toshu, Kavya, and Vanraj’s nature.
Precap: Rakhi humiliates Anu. Baa warns her that she would rather die than letting Anu marry.

It’s society’s nature to point fingers on someone. Just don’t understand why can’t these people just mind their own business instead of badmouthing someone. The society people who pointed fingers at anupama today should know first that who first of all gives you the right to judge someone are they Supreme Court Judge that they judge someone so easily? Didn’t they do any mistake in their life that they start calling someone characterless? Anupama should have given a befitting reply to those society people who were badmouthing on her that when were these people when she was suffering from an abusive marriage, when she broke down completely, when she was crying did these so called society people came and wiped her tears, did they help her during her bad times, did they save her from an abusive marriage and did they take a stand for her when her husband was having an affair with another woman? It’s so pathetic to see that these toxic people never comes during someone’s bad times thinking it’s not their problem but when someone thinks of their own happiness then they start badmouthing at them. Really this society is full of selfish and insensitive people including baa vanraj and paritosh

I did not like all those society people blaming Anu just because she wants to marry Anuj. I want MaAn to come together soon. One thing I liked today was Anuj consuming bhang. It gave him the courage to speak about his and Anu’s marriage to everyone in one go without any hesitation else Anu would have kept looking for the correct moment and this would never have happened. Mamaji, Bapuji, Kinjal, Sanjay and Dolly understand Anu. Pakhi is a dal badlo type daughter and mostly she favors Ravanraj. Nowadays she has kinda improved a bit. And we can never forget Toshu Maharaj, Baa Chudail, Kavya Maharani and Ravanraj. They are the most toxic people in the show including society. And Baa OMG who is Anu to her anymore. She can be considered as a daughter but she is not her agyakari 24/7 working housewife bahu anymore. Why is Vanraj so jealous ? Why did he do an affair with Kavya when he knew if they will ever get married there will be unhappiness all the time.. Baa should really let Anu marry Anuj without any problems.. she should not be interfering so much. And Vanraj and Kavya should not be involved at all in this. How do they care ? They should move on like Anu has. I really hope the story progresses soon and Anu stops visiting Shah house taking Kinjal, Mamaji, Bapuji, Samar, Sanjay, Dolly, Meenu and Pakhi if she finds it right. The others should be ousted from her life forever. If Baa and Toshu improve like Samar and Bapuji than they can accompany.
Who is she to decide weather anu marries or not is she Anus mother or father. Babuji will get her married at all cost so I am not worried . He should call Anus mum go to a temple or court and have a mini service. Raki dave is a sad soul so she will never be happy .Best case anuj infront of them will put sindoor on her. As I mentioned, there is a single person who has posted many comments supporting MaAn. He/She has used different names but used same id and because of same colour and shape pattern I am 110% sure that its single id.
I don’t think anupama will listen to baa or anyone else for that matter and will do what she wants including marrying vanraj. If the wedding actually takes place or has destiny something else in store for her. Now that’s another matter.
I hope anupamaa does something this time for anuj n herself and not for mahaanta sake it’s literally awful to see anuj in such a deep love with someone (anupamaa) who loves him back but at the same time wants to please her ex in-laws , children and society. I hope anupamaa doesn’t break anujs heart. I wish they get married but i don’t want anupamaa to be shy timid, hypocrite and cow. I want her to be bold, confident yet respectful and loving toward bapuji n samar. Happily married and confident anupamaa is what I wanna see.
I just want to hear anu ask baa ki waisi aapki permission maangi kisne jo aap mana kar rahi hain. But i dont think she has the guts to do that. I mean she needs to understand not everyone deserves respect some people deserve a good smack at times.

THERE IS NOTHING AS ADDICTING AS TOXIC RELATIONSHIPS. Something in the psyche of a used,bruised and abused person makes them long for more of such I’ll treatment. As long as Anu keeps finding excuses to be in that house of horrors, her life will continue to be horrible. She will keep taking two steps forward and ten steps back. She will only inhale a bit of the air that is laced with true love,never getting to fully bask and bath in it. She will CONTINUALLY grovel and clam and cry and retch for dear life but she will only be turned into a zombie, a their in the night, a borrower of time, a visitor and spectator in her own life. Such will Continually be her plight and fate as long the toxic shah family members keep being in close proximity to her. Not even something as divine and healing as Anuj’s love can save her because she is now one with suffering. She is related to failure and perpetual DEFEAT. The Shah family pet who is treated lower than scum; and yet still, she finds her way back EVERYTIME. She just maybe trauma-bonded to them for life.
But why do you all think there is such a seething, raging hatred for women. I hate to be the feminist with a bullhorn on a soapbox preaching but WHYYY???? How can people continue to write such things? It is truly, truly sad

Think about it, The story COULD have been, Anu FINALLY gathers all the courage in the world to leave Shah house, Anu finds her feet, Anu stumbles, but continues pushing, she falls but she gets back up twice as strong, twice as brave and wise. Anu dictates the remainder of her story,forges her own paths, LEARNS to give some of that wonderful loving,tender care to HERSELF. Anu SUCCEEDS in business. She becomes financially self sufficient. She still maintains her core nature of course but she LEARNS to TRULY speak up for herself and take NO ONE’S bullshit treatment ANYMORE. Not even her children’s.Anu embraces love FULLY. She let’s herself go in it. Letting it decorate her body,mind and soul, quenching the immense thirst she has endured for SO LONG. Anu ENDS UP HAPPILY EVER AFTER. The end. Now tell me, why can’t THAT be the story? MISOGYNY, That’s why!
The producers, writers, directors etc CAN make this a reality but will they? NO! they can only keep teasing the younger generation with a bit progressiveness but they make sure to maintain the status quo of the older generation’s toxic mind set when it comes to what is deemed gospel as it relates to the treatment of women within a family. Why, you ask? Because of the lazy,one dimensional bullshit answer they keep reverting to “indian audiences aren’t ready for liberated women” bullcrap!! then MAKE them ready goddammit!!! It is your show,your ship,YOUR SAY. you have the power to influence entire generations and hopefully even CHANGE the toxic mindsets of the older people along the way by what you choose to depict on screen on a nightly basis for God’s sake. @Abc I completely agree with you. I felt really disappointed when the society women made fun of Anuj’s love for Anu & taunted Anu for marrying Anuj. Where were they when Anu was cheated by her husband, broke down completely & was struggling to get a divorce? No one came to support her…then why they are interfering in Anupama’s life when she is happy with Anuj & moved on in her life?And what’s the problem of Rakhi Dave? Why she is taunting Anu? Anu stayed back in this toxic house only to take care of her daughter so instead of insulting Anu she should be grateful to her. I have no words for this witch Baa. Anupama should leave Shah house as soon as possible.
