Star Plus show ‘Imlie’ has been in the news as the lead actor Gashmeer Mahajani has quit the show. Producer Gul Khan recently hinted at a major twist in the show.
There has been a buzz that Aditya will die thereby wiping out the character from the story. Now according to the latest reports, Aditya wouldn’t die and actor Manasvi Vashist replace Gashmeer and will be the new Aditya. The latest promo of the show confirms the news with Mansvi being featured in it. In the promo, Mansvi aka new Aditya is seen being attacked by a goon. He fights the goon and his face gets revealed while Aryan and Imlie stand shocked.
In a recent interview with India Forums, the actor talked about it and shared, “From auditioning for a role to watching yourself playing it on TV is quite a journey in itself and I’ve enjoyed every bit of it”.
When asked about being a replacement in the show, Manasvi said, “Undoubtedly it is a challenge. It’s quite a huge responsibility and I am trying my best to live up to the viewers’ expectations”.
When asked about the reactions he has been receiving from fans, Manasvi said, “Well, they seem extremely happy and excited to see me back on screen and I feel immense joy to be able to entertain them yet again”.
