The Episode starts with the doctors asking Abhi to do something, they are losing her. Akshu stops breathing. Abhi shouts Akshu, please breath. Akshu takes a breath. He says you heard my voice. Doctor says we have to do the operation soon. He sends someone to call Anand or Mahima. Abhi says I m really sorry to hurt you in anger. A nurse goes to Mahima and says Abhi freezed. Mahima says that’s not possible. Nurse says Akshu met with an accident, a cab driver got her. Mahima asks Aarohi to inform the family, she isn’t needed there. She goes to Abhi and says patient is critical, she needs a good doctor, you are the best. He says I can’t do. She says remember your oath, you are a doctor, I know we get scared when its some loved ones are in front, you have to operate on her, you love her, right. Abhi cries and nods.
Aarohi goes crying. Anand says we got to know about Akshu’s accident. Aarohi says I m trying to call Kairav, nothing should happen to Akshu. Anand says just relax, we are here. Harsh asks who are in OT. Aarohi says Mahima and Abhi. Abhi’s hands shake. He sees Akshu. He closes eyes and prays before operating on her. He says I won’t let anything happen to you. Anand and Harsh see the OT live video. Anand says Abhi is in deep shock, he is attached to Akshu, its good Aarohi didn’t see this, I will inform Goenkas, you inform Manjiri. Harsh thinks Manjiri and Abhi are emotional fools, if Manjiri sees Abhi’s love for Akshu, then she will make a mistake, I have to handle Abhi and Aarohi’s marriage my way, I won’t let love overpower here. Abhi talks to Akshu and calms her.
Aarohi calls Kairav and cries. He asks why are you crying. She says Akshu met with an accident. He asks what, how. She says don’t know, a taxi driver got her here, she is in OT, come soon. Kairav says Akshu…. she met with an accident. Everyone gets shocked. He says Aarohi said a taxi driver got her at the hospital. Harsh calls Manjiri and says Akshu met with an accident, she will be fine, we are taking care of her, Abhi’s marriage is getting hurdles, go to Kuldevi temple and pray for him, we are his parents, his life went well, I want his marriage to go smooth, prepare to go. Abhi is treating Akshu. Doctor reads the reports to Mahima. Mahima says we have a complication, her vocal cords are involved, you have to be extra careful. Abhi recalls her singing. Mahima says today, you can’t make any mistake, you are the best doctor. Abhi says Akshu, our relation connected because of your voice, nothing will happen to your voice, I won’t let you break down. Dadi goes to temple and shouts, why, how long will you test us, you snatched Kartik, Naira and Sirat, nothing should happen to Akshu, call me if you want, let my family stay fine. Suwarna says nothing will happen to Akshu, Abhi is doing her operation, Mahima is also there. Dadi asks what’s your Leela, what do you want.
Manish and Kairav come. Aarohi hugs them. Manish asks Harsh to show the operation video. Harsh says you can’t see. Anand says you can meet her once the operation happens. Manish says I want to see. Aarohi says I will see and tell you. She says operation is going on, she has internal injury, her vocal cords are in threat, her singing will be snatched from her. Manish and Kairav cry. Akhilesh gets a message. He gets shocked. Dadi says Akshu’s voice…. can she never talk, no…. She cries. Aarohi says Abhi is operating and… Manish asks and… Abhi says one last thing, please cooperate.

makers forever logic, FEMALE LEAD has one older brother, she gets married gives birth to a son, and then a daughter, their mother dies by falling, then the story revolves around, their daughter, she gets married gives birth to a son, and then a daughter, their mother dies by falling, and now the story again revolves around the daughter, but for some reason the grandparents, great-grandparents are alive

And not to forget they call their grand parents as badi ma and bade papa instead of dada and dadi… Even mishti did the same with maheshwaris and now akshu and arohi call the same… They think audience are fools
SK sorry may I know wat is the different btw badi ma, bade papa n dadi n dada? Coz I am Chinese, n sometimes the subtitle they call Manish uncle instead of grandpa??
Unicorn. Badi Ma means aunt and Bade Papa means uncle. Whereas dada means grandpa and dadi means grandma.
Here Akshu and Aarohi call their grandparents as Bade Papa and Badi Maa.

Are the makers so lazy that they don’t even want to cross-check how such surgeries are done? Akshara is gasping and conscious, no anesthesia is given, no assistant surgeon, surgeon is sitting and doing surgery. No consent taken, directly she’s shifted to OT. Even dressings are not done this casually. Like I understand they want to make this dramatic. But atleast show some truth in the serial about hospitals.
True I agree with this .. I work in theaters .. and Abhi is in no condition mentally and emotionally to operate on Akshu .. they dint prepare her for surgery and what happened to the CPR? Isnt she supposed to be put to sleep and vital signs monitored whilst performing operation? Mahima should have taken over as she is more experienced and why are they not allocating roles and doing SBAR.. abhi froze most of the time so everything that was said about the patient am sure he didnt hear a single word of it that intern puts Akshu in danger .. what i dont understand is that how do they have access to theaters on video and can hear everything thats happening.. is that not breach of confidentiality ? I have never come across anything like that maybe its a new thing or some hospitals do video calls of patients in theater I really dont know 🤦♀️🤷🏽♀️.. apart from that Abhi’s and akshu’s skills are cool .. everyone’s acting was okay except for Harsh and Aarohi .. Harsh is a 🙄 who thinks that way when someone your son loves is on her death bed .. and as for aarohi i think those were fake tears and as soon as Akshu is up on her feet will see the worst of her .. I think if Harsh finds out about Aarohis illegal business he will cover it and will still support her that man is spineless …Neil i really hope you can send info to manjari and let her know the truth I hope manjari at the temple speaks to the priest there and finds out the truth of who actually prayed for her .. finds out that it was akshu and not aarohi. I hope that Akshu remembers the drunken night and says it all when she wakes .. well its low budget .. too much expectation .. a girl can hope 😬

I agree….I was laughing so much as it was stupid and so unrealistic….. what the hell was he doing near her small cut on neck???? operating with her on gas only!!!!! All dramas show wrong medical situation and public think this is how it’s done….
