Veteran actor Sudesh Berry who was last seen in the show Maddam Sir has been roped in to essay the role of a lover in Choti Sarrdaarni. In a recent interview with BT, Sudesh talked about it and shared, “The producer of the show Rajesh Ram Singh is a very old friend of mine. I earlier did the show Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo with him. He told me there was a role for me here and that’s how I decided to join the gang of Choti Sarrdaarni.”
Talking about his role, he shares, “You can call this character a jilted lover. A person who couldn’t succeed in love and how destiny took him somewhere else. He then becomes a different person altogether. He has been living a different kind of life and is now very close to nature. Calling him a guru won’t be right but jilted lover is the perfect word I can think of.”
Sudesh adds, “I am someone who loves peace. I am not a party animal at all. In today’s times when people are all entangled with social media, I am someone who is away from all that. Main 3 mein bhi nahin hoon main 13 mein bhi nahin hoon. So also when people think about me for a role, they feel that the character should be something hatke.”

Let the old cast have there day, give them a more prominent role, why add new people?
No this producer don’t want prominent roles for them. They are just using to attract old audience for trp. Most opportunistic producer . I saw this producer commented Avinesh in his last post in cs to pretend to be great.

Exactly. First he removed old cast for leap . Now all are there because his favorite actress and new model can’t increase trp and we saw increasing trp after Anita and old cast’s comeback. Proper word is unprofessionalism.

Hi, Sudesh will not essay the role of somebody’s lover but a dejected lover who has lost his love and has now become a guru sort of a person.
