The episode starts with Mirza returning home and telling Sakina that he is very tired. She says obviously as he has to roam around many times. He says she is right. She says she will bring hot tea for him. He asks not to bring too hot tea and burn his mouth. She leaves and stop near door hearing his phone ringing. Mirza picks call and hears Sabina asking him to bring cradle from his neighbor shop. He agrees. She asks him not to inform Sakina as she will spoil her goadbharai/baby shower party plan. He agrees and gets ready to visit Sabina’s house. Sakina gets sad thinking he is really having an affair with her sister and follows Mirza. Mirza reaches Sabina’s house and gives her cradle. She likes it. He sees new eye shadow color and says he wants to gift same color to Sakina and getting closer to her face checks it. Sakina thinks he is kissing her. Sabina hits her leg to door and falls down. Mirza lifts her and takes her in. Sakina burns in jealousy and decides to confront Mirza.
Mirza returns home. Sakina doesn’t let him in and starts fighting. Shanti, Mishra, Brij, and Noor gather and ask why are they are fighting. Drama starts. Sakina alleges that Mirza is having an affair with her sister Sabina. Mirza is shocked to hear that. Noor slaps Mirza for his heinous act followed by others cursing and yelling at him. Mirza explains whole story. Shanti reveals that they were worried as Sakina is pregnant and they all are pampering and helping her for the same reason. Sakina realizes the whole issue.
Next morning, Sakina enjoys fruits resting on couch. Noor and Shanti offer her dishes and chats. She enjoys them. Mirza cleans house. After sometime, Mirza tells Shanti and Noor that he doesn’t see any pregnancy symptoms in Sakina. Noor says even she feels same. Shanti says maybe they will appear in a few days. Mirza says those days have passed. Noor suggests to take her for doctor’s checkup. Sakina gets tensed hearing that. In the evening, Noor and Mirza convince her for doctor’s checkup while she tries her best to avoid it. Next morning, Mirza takes Sakina to doctor’s clinic.
