Shweta Tiwari is currently seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 and the actress has managed to surprise everyone with her stunning performance on the show. Along with her daredevil stunts, her transformation is also creating a lot of buzz.
When asked if her transformation was a conscious decision or it just happened organically, she says, ”I feel the transformation which you talk about, your transformation happens in one second when you decide to change yourself, change your routine, change your lifestyle, that’s when it starts.”
She adds, ”And that one day when I decided that I need to be strong and I have to make myself strong, I started working out, without thinking how my body is going to look or where I am going with it. I just took that decision and started working out. I started changing my life, taking care of my diet, so this was all that one decision, I knew my life is going to change and my body is going to change, but I did not know that it is going to be so loved and popular. My doctor had all faith in me and she knew what I could do, but I didn’t, and I want to thank her for that.”
Shweta will be soon seen in a web series, where she will essay the role of a cop.
