Scene 1
Sarab says thank God I got those proofs. Meher says if you need proofs to trust me then it shows you never trusted me. The stain will stay on my heart. Sarab says please. Meher says don’t waste time. daar ji has to go today. We have to pretend to be normal in front them. the kids say to daar ji and tai ji please don’t go. Daar ji says we had to go one day or other. Always stay united.
Daar ji says Seher always keep reminding these idiots. Sarab says Meher ji don’t worry I’ll drop daar ji. Meher says can’t you stay? Tai ji says we will come back soon. Meher hugs her. Meher says to Daar ji you always felt like my dad. He says my prayers are with you. I know you’re upset and you haven’t forgiven Sarab. I’m sure you will soon. Tai ji says to Meher try to resolve it soon. When there’s difference between two people there becomes space for a third person.
Saloni calls Sarab and says when are you coming? He says at 11.
Scene 2
Sarab comes to meet Saloni. She says look at you handsome. She hugs him, kids ask when will papa come? Meher says let me call. I mean no he’ll come soon. Saloni says Sarab get me flowers. He buys her flowers. She says remember the flower I left in your book? Sarab says you were so mischievous. Param says let me call papa. We’ll all eat together. Meher says eat on time. Seher says let us call once. Kids call him. Saloni says no phone calls. Seher says papa cut the call?
Sarab says Meher doesn’t know about it. When she does she will be shattered. She says it’s difficult but I’ll try my best. But promise me you’ll take care of me and give me time? And you’ll pamper me. He says pamper? She says yes and shows bruise on her hand. Sarab makes her eat the soup. And yes don’t tell anyone.
Scene 2
Meher puts kids to sleep. Sarab comes home. Sarab says kids slept? Meher ignores him. Sarab says we should sleep too. Meher says I can’t sleep here. Daar ji is gone too now. He says but di is here: what will they think? And kids? Meher says okay then I’m going. Sarab says okay I’ll sleep on the couch. I won’t give up. Meher says keep dreaming. He says dreams come true. Meher sleeps. She recalls when Sarab had a back pain. Meher says he’ll know when his back hurts. I can’t stop caring about him.
Saloni texts Sarab don’t worry I am there and we are meeting tomorrow right? Sarab replies yes. She says what should I wear? He says whatever, we aren’t going on a date. She says a girl and a guy can’t be only friends. Sarab asks where tomorrow? Meher wonders who is he texting. Meher comes there. Sarab holds her hand and says you came to see me right? She says I came to drink water. Meher says your back will hurt, sleep on the bed. Sarab sleeps with her.
Scene 2
Sarab and Meher fight the next morning too. Sarab keeps getting Saloni. Seher says you didn’t pick our call? He says i had a meeting. Harleen says Sarab I also have to go to the office. He says I have to go somewhere important before office. His phone falls. Meher reads come fast baby I’m waiting. Can’t wait. Meher is shocked. Sarab picks his phone. Meher recalls he was texting all night. Sarab leaves.
Sehrr gives a rose to meher and says papa gave it for you. Meher squishes it in anger.
Episode ends.
Precap-meher tries to find out who she is. Sarab and saloni are with the lawyer. He says I’ll fast track this case.

Today’s episode was all over the place why a new entry? Why is Sarab confiding in a stranger! This is not the mehrab we know.
Change the writers – but maybe to late for ending leap!

So sad to see the fl of CS(Nimrit) speaking in an interview about her new character seher and praising it. Firstly its wrong. Seher is no less than nimrit herself as we see her in her IG posts.and shockingly she neither said anything about her previous character which gave her name and fame in the Industry nor about her original cast who gave her so much love and treated her as a family..but she said nothing 💔 Probably in these two years she never liked the character of meher and is just happy to get rid of them so easily..Pathetic!!
Agreed! The drama was made due to the characters. I feel so sorry for avinesh. He kept the drama going. Nimrit should have quit unless she was tied into a contract. If the people she worked with made this drama how can she stay without them.
Truth is Avinesh deserved a better show,a better production house and most importantly a better co-actor

Right now , I dont care about this last week. IF Meher think Sarab is cheating her ,she is gonna go to low in this that the Sarab is gonna ask separation because he didnt trust on him. Anyways , Sarab deserves a better woman than meher.

I am very much annoyed at the makers for doing this!!! The meher we know could see sarab hugging a woman infront of her eyes and would never think wrong!! Similarly the sarab we know could see meher pulling karan first but yet believe that she would definitely have a reason without seeing any video proof.. makers are trying to taint this!!

There is no doubt that the leap and Nimrit coming to play Seher only happened because she either agreed to that or perhaps that was her wish in the first place all along. Unsure which one. Setting Sarab up with this new woman is just a time passer as the writers have no story left with the existing cast. It will all end in tragedy just before the leap – separation, accident, grief.
Could they not have selected someone else – in her early 20’s, to play the grown up Seher? Now the mother will simply be ‘reborn’ as the daughter, a carbon copy.
@AJ when Meher and Seher were in kashmir they were showing about Seher’s resembles of sarab. Then nimrit was absent due to her disease then they start to say seher is Meher’s carbon copy, I think they had planed on the leap back then that’s why they gave all the credit for upbringing of the children to her even she wasn’t around for the last 5 years. Who knows she may even came back because they promised her that she soon plays seher’s roll.
They mess all , sarab shoud not hide nothing with lawyer and that friend. Anyways , Meher is so irritanting, if she wants to divorve when she mindunderstand Sarab , could be better and when she knows everthing maybe sarab died in accident and meher is gonna feel guilty. I dont know , makers destroy everthing for the next leap. I just want this end. I feel bad and dissapoiment with the old cast. I just gonna remember the good times. Also , Today is the first time that sarab smiled with his friend, time ago I have not seen happy with his crazy friend. Meher is so irritating . that she is gonna lost eveything.
@Luz: Makes sense – this could be a reversal of the recent Param misunderstanding. Meher suspects Sarab, accuses Sarab, penalty paid, Meher than realises she made a big mistake, too late as he may be gone by than and she is guilt ridden and goes too. I think something like that.

Sarab is not at fault.Definitely he has some serious issue which he discuss with lawyer. According to the news both of them die from the an acident.After all Sarab is good husband.He really cares about his wife. He even explains his friend if meher knows this case she will be shattered.It is greatful if these makers unite sarab and mehar before their death.It is very sad to see these incidents now.

Snowflake as far as I remember Nobody was saying do not watch CS. We are adults who can deside for ourself. When one say I have enough and will not watch the leap so it up to that person. Feel free to watch it. I am not going to watch it because for me CS was not only entertainment or a time pass but also educational an eye opener to all kinds of social aspects, such as tabbus Thema, like honor killing, single parent, orphance etc. Now that changes drastically to extreme spoiled or damaged rich boys and girl (it depends with whom they will grow up) showing their lifestyle here and there. First I am not interested in copy paste story since I prefer orginanality. And the idea nimrit playing seher for sure leads to one or more masculine interests, to see the same face with different types of men by it self is a no for me.

I love Mehrab, no doubt but Mehnav also has a place in my heart…this is actually one of the 1st serials I watched n it really has a lot of memories….

It is so ironic the man who opened orphange for disadvantaged children to get shelter, food, clothes and educations, that same man children future might be soon in similar situations. What is society learning from such story. CS was not only about mehrab, the main reason we fall in love in the first place was the values religious, social aspect and it was about much more! Now those children who grew up with such aspects becaming a fashion gurus.

The reason CS gained such popularity and love is because it was original and different. Never i have seen a tv serial husband who doesn’t blame his wife for every problems. For the first time the ML wasn’t an abusive or entitled jerk but rather a carrying honest men who loves, respect and protect his wife.

The FL equally complimented the ML. I really liked meher for not fitting typical FL criteria. She had past relationship, she got pregnant before marriage. But her past didn’t stop her from having a respectful and happy life with a good husband. Her purity wasn’t defined by her relationship but by her heart and thoughts.

Compared to other show CS was unique. It wasn’t 2 guys fighting over a girl. It’s wasn’t a poor girl falling with rich guy. No, It was about was girl and her baby being protected and loved by her husband. It was about the length a husband/father and wife/mother can go for their family. It was about giving women respect in society regardless of their past.

CS promoted indian beautiful costumes and family values. It gave traditional yet same time modern india vibe which is rare nowadays with the spread of western fashion. In some serial even when ladies wear saree it looks like they are wearing bikinis. But meher always wore beautiful colour/pattern salwar suit that did justice to punjabi culture.

Sadly, the leap doesn’t give the same vibe. The storyline looks predictable and deja vu a million time in ekta kapoor shows. From costumes to characters all looks generic, nothing original. Since it is kinda a season 2 it will have strong comparison with initial episodes and characters. Except for Yeh rishta kiya kehelata hai Generation gap rarely worked out.

Regarding the current episode, this girl Saloni who has managed to put a nice flower in Sarab’s pocket, has made it clear that she is after more than just friendship. Sarab on his part, is showing no resistance at all and if anything, is rather enjoying the texting with her. Let’s see where that leads to.
The current CS story was all about Nimrit/Meher and her two lovers – Manav, who was her first crush and with whom she was madly in love with, had a heart of gold but no money. Than came Sarab, a rich guy more interested in a mother for his son but who also had a heart of gold.
Moving on to the leap, the indications there are that Nimrit/Seher will also have two lovers (sorry, I should say men) in her life. The odds are that, according to the gossip columns, one will be ‘kind, caring and with a big heart (not rich though) and the other a ‘nice guy’ (probably rich). Sounds familiar. History repeating itself?
Look’s like both the writers and Nimrit love a particular dose of medicine – called ‘two lovers medicine’.
Will the same medicine work though?

My thoughts exactly @Ayni! The more that gets exposed about the bts of this leap fiasco, the more I find Nimrith’s posts to be arrogant. And carrying her forward alone for the reboot only feeds into her ego. I remember reading elsewhere about her ‘crocodile tears’ I never understood it but it’s now all of a sudden starting to make sense! My intent is not to tear this actress down or be negative, but rather just pointing out the injustice the cast is facing and wish that she was mindful of that when posting things on social media.
The crocodile tears are so obvious… i dont know what she thought she is gonna establish with this video.. we have seen her behaviour when her favourite costar took exit from the show… she didnt do this drama.. and by doing this drama she is only proving everyones suspicions right that she is responsible for the makers decision of this crappy leap!!!

But ahe fails to understand that that the people in TV industry are not dumb to not understand whats going on… and this action by the PH has tarnished the reputation of nimrit, shaika and cockrow… but shaika and cockrow will sustain because they are PH.. they decide the shows.. and if actor needs work he will work with the PH..but may be careful with the PH and add more cluses to the contract so that he doenst face injustice… wheras nimrit is an actress.. and I dont think a lot of PH will want to have an actress who cannot differentiate personal and professional life.. there are a lot of other actresses who can do that.. So, though it may look like a great success now, on the long run its nimrits reputation that has suffered the setback!!!

The promos are out: Actually, everyone, with very few exceptions, have been making fun and jokes on the new Seher. That will now happen everyday. The best one I saw was ‘What is Meher doing with these two kids’, referring to the two new leads who are supposedly her next two lovers. And herein lies the problem for the writers – the new Seher not only look’s like Meher, she IS Meher, unfortunately. Which is what happen’s when mother’s try and act like their daughters.

I kind of get the feeling she doesn’t care. I don’t think she has remorse of the ph’s decision to reboot the show, as it’s to her advantage. It only adds to her arrogance that she can carry a show on her own. @MD, I begun to think that her coming back after her break was a good part of the deal with PH and makers to get her play as seher. Because in her absence they started to glorify her and rewrite stories like seher is Meher’s carbon copy etc.

Best solution is watching old episodes of CS . Old episodes are very soft and lovely episodes. I have no interest to this show now.This promo didn’t give any entertainment. Instead of they give tears to the regular viewers. In same promo they show their death and Sehar’s happiness. Very insensitive makers.They are lack of both heart and brain.This promo indicates their feelings for regular viewers who continuously try to stop this promo. This is my first and last tv show.I promised myself to never watch any of teledrama after seeing this promo.lt is not good for mental health. I know for the actors and makers their characters are fictional . They can kill them.But as viewers these characters are emotionally connected with heart.It is the success of any television show.So I believe myself makers should have manners and respect to their audience.

The name MehRab was created by fans. The makers always referred to them as Sabher.
So
It’s ok to listen to fans when it suits you but ignore them when it doesn’t. So going to miss the whole cast ! This serial was unique and it has been made to look silly by makers and writers.
The performance by each actor was top! The scenes by Avinesh when he lost Meher were unbelievable !

Very pathetic show.I shocked after seeing their death. Disgusting makers kill their own show and hurt their fans.😥😥😥 IG is filled with many comments of fans who express their sadness.They should atleast change the name of the show and should give happy ending to the meherab.
Just now when the channel officially released the promo..it didn’t even mention the two new leads..only nimrit and avinesh were mentioned…it proves that no one can replace our AVI❤️

If you check social media, some current and ex CS actors have diplomatically given a ‘all the best’ remark to Nimrit. Hitesh Bharadwaj has been generous but than he would, would he not. Outside of this, the remarks have been less than diplomatic. Have we reached 100, Snowflake? You be the 100th.

Talking of Bitu and Rana, who both played the ‘foolish brothers’ with distinction, I think they would be very successful if they were given their own TV show hosted by them. Audiences would love them and their humour. As for Avinesh, whilst he still has a long career ahead of him, I doubt if he will again play such a prominent role as a lead again. Sarabjit Singh Gill was tailor made for him. This was a career defining role for him. As for Nimrit, one hopes she doesn’t ruin it all by now playing Seher.

Whenever CS comes into talk..ppl would always remember mehrab,kk and kevina as param coz the 230 episodes before covid were the absolute best in history of CS..and they reached the trp of 3 during serbia track without Hitesh being there..Now they don’t even possess half the trp of that time..I think makers and writers had their brain affected with covid as after covid the storyline was just🤮🤢 but fans continued to watch coz of these four ppl..Now only 1 among them remains..No matter how many promotions they do..they would never fly high…And as for nimrit’s ig stories..that crying part became too overdramatic..She never promoted the couple since last two years and is now sad thinking that it would die..IRoNY!!!
Now I never watch this show again.I thougt that till the leap I can watch it happily.But unfortunately after seeing promo I have no idea to watch it anymore.I am not an Indian but I love this show because of their unique story line.So now it has not any moral value.So thank you everyone for your comments. We are all still in this pandemic including India! I just feel so sorry for those who have lost there jobs and earnings. This wasn’t the right time. My prayers are with them and I hope they do really well.
As for the producers they used the actors during lockdown and then did this! 💔

I’m not sure but they are saying that Puneet Sir was offered such a show that sowed stuff like an unmarried mother n stuff like that…jagga murder mystery…blood…illegitimate child issue…karan-params useless fights n all…
While he is such a senior actor… he portrayed Duryodhana in the TV series Mahabharat…
Apart from Nimrit, Avinesh & Yuvleen, not sure what other cast were offered to carry on in CS. Maybe most others were just shown the door.
However:
Yuvleen was offered to play a mother to one of the new leads and declined as those people are her age.
Avinesh was apparently offered to carry on as Sarab but this time play father – meaning father to NImrit as well! He declined, understandably.
Full credit and respect to Avi and Yuvleen. They have shown so much dignity and maturity.
As for Nimrit, she has decided to ‘hijack’ CS all for herself and play the main lead as Seher, her own daughter.
Possibly she could not say No to the money being offered and would rather see her colleagues of the past two years flushed down the loo. Probably, she was the one who did the flushing.
