The episode starts with Dushyanth telling family that Nirjhara will not fill pooja kalash as she is not devi now. Sarojini says she is his daughter and only she should fill kalash. Dushyanth says he will kick kalash. Sarojini says she will see how will kick kalash. Dushyanth goes and stands aside yelling. Dadaji asks Nirjhara to fill kalash. She does and asks Sarojini and Soumendra to perform pooja as a couple. They both perform pooja with jai laxmi maata bhajan. Nirjhara asks Dushyanth to join them. Dadaji says Dushyanth is arrogant and will not. Whole family performs pooja. Dadaji asks Dushyanth to bless Soumendra and Sarojini. Soumendra says he is blessing by heart, so he is sitting on sofa.

Nirjhara sets Soumendra and Sarojini’s bed with flowers for their reunion.

Whole family then enjoys burning crackers. Soumendra asks Sarojini to join him in burning a big cracker. She says she is afraid of crackers. He says when she is not afraid of babuji, how can she be afraid of crackers. She says she is. He says if she does not come, he will burn big cracker and will vanish in its smoke. He burns cracker and vanishes in its smoke. Sarojini searches him everywhere and does not find him. She tells Dushyanth that Sangram must have kidnapped Soumendra and asks him to take her to Sangram’s place.

Sangram enters just then with Manu and greets happy diwali to them all and asks where is his damad Soumendra. Sarojini asks not to make drama as she knows he kidnapped Soumendra. Sangram asks what rubbish is this. Dushyanth asks him not to joke with his friend. Sangram says he is not joking and leaves saying he will search Soumendra. Sarojini continues that he has kidnapped Soumendra.

Sapna speaks to someone and asks why did they hit instead of taking Soumendra silently and asks how many zeroes are in 1 crore rs.

Dushyanth calls all his contacts and asks if they saw Soumendra. Sarojini says she is sure Sangram has kidnapped Soumendra. Dushyanth asks her to shut up.

Nirjhara cries sitting alone. Daadi consoles her and asks Indira to call Sarojini. Indira searches whole house and informs that bhabhi is missing. Nirjhara cries vigorously.

Sarojini wearing sardarji’s getup reaches Manu’s house and hides in Manu’s car’s deckie. Manu goes to a bungalow and goes in. Sarojini follows and tries to open door, but could not. She peeps into window and is shocked to see Soumendra tied to a chair. Manu enters Soumendra’s room and smiles at him.

Precap: Sarojini holding gun warns Manu to leave Soumendra. Manu points gun at Soumendra and says if he does not accept her as his wife, he will die. She counts 1, 2, 3. Sarojini shoots Manu and she falls down. Dushyanth asks Sarojini why did she kill Manu.
