‘How hard can confessions be’?

It was a beautiful and colorful autmn afternoon we’d just exited the cafeteria and it was drizzling

‘So what are your Monday plans and do they include me’ she asked I turned towards her taking a sip from my Starbucks.

‘Im free on a monday’

‘what vansh you are lucky I’ve 2 assignments due now that you have time for me you are going to help me.’

‘You mean do your work and u watch movies right’ i chuckled softly.

‘whatever.’ she rolled her eyes.

I like her i soo liked we have been beat friends for like forever and i like her just sooo much more than a friend. She was nudging me trying to take my Starbucks i dodged attempts until her legs tangled with mine and she fell on me i lifted her up her still stuck on my jackets chain.

‘i love you vansh’ she blurted we were so close i was definitely surprised i dropped my Starbucks before i could say anything she ran away.

Its been a day she hasn’t answered my calls and all my attempts to reach hee have failed so i take my pencil and paper.

Its evening and im climbing to her window to go there and tell her what she truly means to me.

I see the window open and that being my only chance i barge into her room and find her crying.

‘IM so sorry i shouldn’t have ever said that ik it has ruined our friend ship those might be all the friendship bands i gave you vansh im so sorry.’ she said pointing at the packet i was carrying i was loosing i couldn’t make her quiet she was crying and blabbering stuff and idk how did she reach to global warming like how does what happened between us relate to global warming oh girl u gotta stop.

I held her by her neck fuming your lips together kissed her slowly and softly when we parted she was mum

‘i love you more riddhima.I always have.’

‘You do.’ she asked

‘Mmmhmm’ i nodded opening the packet showed her our portrait me and her together in our favourite spot by the lake.

She hugged me tight and i kissed her crown.
