The Episode starts with Khanderao looking for Ahilya. He sees her trying to memories the shloks. He laughs. She says its tough to memorize this. He says Sanskrit is Devbhasha, it will be tough, but regular practice makes it easy to learn. She sits to chant some shlok. He shuts his ears. He asks Ahilya to stop it. He says its not so tough. He reads the shloks and teaches her. He asks her to read it like that in a good way. She says if I say bad Sanskrit, then your name will spoil, they will say that your wife doesn’t know anything, it won’t be right, am I right. He says its a strange problem. He says yes, we will think of it later, Guru ji will come, we will go to the class. She thanks him. He says fine, come. He goes. Harku smiles seeing this. Ahilya also smiles. Harku asks don’t you remember the shlok. Ahilya reads it for her. Harku smiles.
Guru ji asks Khanderao did he solve the maths problems. Khanderao says yes. Guru ji says fine. He teaches them. He asks Khanderao the answer. Ahilya thinks of it. Servant comes to call Guru ji. Guru ji asks Ahilya to write the varnamala till then. He goes. Khanderao goes to see what is Ahilya writing. Ahilya says it will be good if we get friendly, then I don’t have to make mistakes intentionally. He says I will drink water. He goes to see. He sees Ahilya writing Varnamala wrong. She thinks he will now help me. He makes a face and goes back to his place. She asks what happened. He says I m thinking of the maths problem answer.
He doesn’t help her. Guru ji comes there and asks her what did she write. She worries. He says you couldn’t write the alphabets well, where is your focus, I won’t get angry on you, its your birthday, you aren’t concentrating, we will end your studies here, you can go. Khanderao smiles. Ahilya gets sad. Khanderao gives the answer to Guru ji. Guru ji says great, work hard, your dad has much expectations from you. Ahilya says if I make such mistakes intentionally, then it will go wrong. She waits for Khanderao. He comes. She asks why didn’t you save me from scolding, when you had seen me writing wrong. He says one can’t learn without scolding and punishment. He jokes on her and goes smiling. She thinks will Khanderao’s anger end or not, will I get scolding from Guru ji everyday.
