A Quest for the Heart – Episode 19

Hi all how are you? I am back again 😂 okay I know I am always disappearing but my account always has some problems so I tried to fix it and it still doesn’t work. Anyways hope you enjoy this epi ❤️

Epi starts…

Riddhima was still looking around the room for Vansh’s phone while he was standing at the corner looking at her

Riddhima noticing Vansh was not helping: Are you going to help me or not?

Vansh: Oh no no you carry on, I like the view from here

Riddhima: Come on Vansh, I am not looking for this phone on my own and it’s your phone.

Vansh: I can do without a phone for a day.

Riddhima: Vansh! How am I going to get out?

Vansh: You are welcome to stay sweetheart. My house is your house and my room is yours too (he winks)

Riddhima: Omg Vansh stop it. Look there’s a window

She walked up towards the end of the window and leaned over. Vansh was still looking at her from a distance. She was able to lose her balance and fall when she felt someone holding her arm.

She turned and saw Vansh standing behind her.

Vansh: Stop it Riddhima. I don’t want any more injuries in this house. And I promised to look after you but how can I do that when you keep putting yourself in danger?

Riddhima: Sorry..I promise I will be more careful from now. But see it’s not that high I could jump

Vansh: Are you mad??! It’s like 2 floors up and I am not letting you go anywhere. Wait until morning Angre will often come looking for me when I have been gone for long

Riddbima: O..okay

Vansh: Now get away from the window before you fall

Riddhima: But look Vansh, the sun setting is so beautiful

Vansh mumbles; Not as beautiful as you

Riddhima didn’t hear him: What did you say?

Vansh: No..nothing you enjoy the view I will just be back. And please Riddhima don’t jump out the window, I don’t want to come back here and find out you have disappeared

Riddhima: I am not going anywhere Vansh. The door is locked and you have basically bared me from coming anywhere further from the window so I can’t possibly deny the infamous Vansh Rai Singhania (she winks)

Vansh: Haha so funny, I have you know I am very famous

Riddhima: Oo ooo I know, now go and do whatever you wanted to do

Vansh walked away to go into the bathroom and closed the door. He looked at himself at the mirror and got lost in his thoughts

Vansh’s POV

What is this?? Why can’t I stop myself from going near her? I have to control myself and remember this is part of a deal. I can’t go around chasing after her like this.

He splashed water onto his face and realised the famous Vansh Rai Singhania had a weakness which was Riddhima

After a few mins…

Vansh came out of the bathroom and saw Riddhima still standing by the window looking at the now visible moon across the distance. The moonlight was shining on her face and highlighted all the beautiful features that he himself tried to stay away from. He noticed she was getting cold and walked up to her

Riddhima knew he was coming towards her from his scent: It’s beautiful isn’t it?

Vansh: Hmm mhh but I find you more beautiful

Riddhima blushed as she continued looking at the moon. Vansh went over to the cupboard and grabbed a shawl that was hanging and went over to Riddhima to wrap it around her.

Vansh: Here..you will feel cold otherwise

Riddhima: It’s beautiful thank you but why do you have a girl’s shawl in your cupboard?

Vansh: Can we talk about that story another day? Let’s just enjoy the moon.

Riddhima nods and laid her head onto his shoulders.

Vansh did not know what was happening to him but he knew he could not stay away from her even if he wanted too. He needed her in his arms.

Vansh: So what happened before you met me?

Riddhima: ….

Vansh: Riddhima??

Vansh turned his head slightly and noticed she had fallen asleep with her head on his shoulders. He lifted her and carried her to the bed and then pulled a blanket over her

Vansh sat down next to her and then stroked her head (thinking): What is this girl doing to me?

He got up and went to sit on the other side of the bed. He then looked at her again as she was peacefully sleeping on the bed without any nightmares that he did not want to disturb her.

Vansh laid down on the bed and took a pillow to form a boundary between him and Riddhima. He closed his eyes as he fell asleep. The last thought was of Riddhima.

Meanwhile the same night..

Anupriya sneaked into the basement and saw Kabir chained to a chair opposite the lock up with Hang. She went up to him and shook him.

Anupriya: Kabir!

Kabir woke up and saw her: Mom, what are you doing?

Anupriya: Getting you out of here

Kabir: No mom it’s too risky

Anupriya: Everyone is asleep. It’s the best time.

Kabir: Mom listen to me, it’s not the right time. I have a plan to get out of here. Just have Aakash and Ahana meet me by the gate tomorrow night and I will explain

Anupriya: But how are you going to get out?

Kabir: Dont worry mom, I am not that dumb. Just go now

Anupriya nods and then hugs him before going out.

Precap: Kabir escapes on the same morning Riddhima and Vansh gets up after being discovered by Angre
