We all know what a popular face Mona Singh became while she was working on TV. It all started with Jassi and she was the leading lady of Kavach a few years ago and then her last official appearance on TV was as a host on Comedy Nights Bachao on Colors. And since then she has been on a sabbatical. Now it has been five years since she has bid adieu to TV and is busy with her work on web series.
However, the actor is now all set and rolling to make a comeback to TV after 5 years. Yes, you read it right, Singh will be seen hosting crime-based show along with Ravi Kishan that is called Mauka-E-Vardaat 2. Like Crime Patrol, this is also an episodic show but here it will have a woman protagonist, who will play an instrumental role in unraveling the mystery.
Confirming the same with ETimes TV, she said, “Yes, it is true, I will be a part of Mauka-E-Vardaat. Crime genre has always intrigued me and It is an exciting project and we are still in the process of working out the complete details.”
The shoot will soon begin as the process of finalizing the cast is underway. We are pretty sure that her fans would love to see her back in action. Are you looking forward to it?
