The episode starts with:

Riddhima decides to tell the family about the truth..she goes down.. and sees the doctor she told to tell everyone the lie..

Vansh: doctor please tell when will Riddhima remember everything?

Doctor: actually… actually..

Aayush: what… doctor.. please tell..

Doctor: actually your daughter is perfectly fine..

He tells the whole story to them..they were shocked.. they were hurt..

Vansh: what are you saying??

Riddhima: this is the truth..

They all were shocked..

He was about to go when Riddhima starts crying.. vansh can’t see her crying.. obviously he was angry..but he can’t see his love like this..

Vansh: stop crying…

He wipes her tears and hug her very close..the whole office staff was shocked..

Vansh: come with me..

He takes her to his cabin..

Sneha: who was she..why does she behave like this with her..

Aakash: she must be his girlfriend..

He stares her..
