PolesApart Episode 28: Riva? Lost?

hi guys.. i posted 27 episode.. and it actually published around 12 a.m. so thats why it is in page 2. please read that if you haven’t!! and thank you to the readers..

Next day. Everyone was busy preparing for engagement ceremony. Vansh who was getting ready heard a soft knock at the door. He opened the door and found Riddhima standing.

Riddhima’s hand was at her chest, where the bullet has strike her, moreover she looked like she’s in pain. So Vansh was worried.

Vansh: “What happen? Is this paining?”

Riddhima: “A little. Well I came to take Riva.. I will dress her.. where’s she?”

Vansh: “First you take care of yourself!”

Riddhima: “I am fine.. (loudly)Riva!”

Vansh: “Riva is not in the room!”

Riddhima: “Where’s she then?”

Vansh: “Don’t know!”

Riddhima goes hurriedly.

Vansh was trying clothes for today’s function when he heard voices speaking Riva’s name.

He came down and found everyone shouting Riva’s name.

Vansh saw Riddhima crying and shouting Riva’s name. He came near her.

Vansh: “What happen?”

Riddhima(crying): “She’s nowhere! I am searching for her so long.. but she…”

Just then Riva entered with something in his hands. Everyone ran towards her. Riddhima came towards her.

Riddhima(shouting): “Where were you? Do you know how madly we all were looking for you? Are you mad? Don’t you know that you should leave house after informing elders! Do you have mind?….”

She was rebuking Riva very hardly. Actually she was so tensed that her worry was coming out like anger.

Riva was in tears.

Riva: “Ma!! Listen to me..”

Riddhima: “No! I am not going to listen.. now no one will talk to you.. if anyone does, remember I will not talk to them!” (eying everyone) She left in anger.

Riva was crying. Everyone were feeling miserable for Riva, but they also understand Riddhima’s concern, so they left from there.

Riva came to her room.

Riva: “Ma shouted at me! Am I so bad? What did I do? I just went to temple to pray to god about Ma’s health, and I got this rose as return.. I thought that I’ll give it to her,, but she chided me!”

Elsewhere in Riddhima’s room-

Riddhima was sitting on floor with her legs bend and knees touching chest.

Riddhima was crying.

Riddhima: “Can’t she tell me while leaving! I was so much scared! I was imagining such worst things.. I felt like I lose her.. oh god! But I mustn’t rebuke her.. oh shit! She’s my child.. why I did this.. I am stupid!”

She punched her arm at her head. With this sudden jerk she hurt her chest.. there was a severe pain over her injured chest..

She then turned around and saw Riva crying at the door. She gestured her to come. Riva came and hugged her.

Riva: “I am sorry ma! I won’t leave without informing you now.. pakka!”

Riddhima saw her child.. she kissed her.

Riddhima: “Pakka na!”

Riva nodded. Riddhima smiled and seeing her, Riva also smiled. Ahana who was standing near the door smiled seeing them.

Flashback shows-

Ahana saw Riva talking to herself. She came inside.

Ahana: “Riva! Your ma was worried.. she didn’t found you in the house.. you know how she was feeling.. she was crying all the time searching for you, bacche! You shouldn’t speak so about your ma!”

Riva: “But she rebuked..”

Ahana: “Because she was annoyed! Now go to your Ma’s room.. she must be cursing her to rebuke you..”

They both went to her room and saw her.

Riva: “Yes mami you were right! I am sorry.”

Ahana: “You need to tell this to someone else.”

Riva nodded.

Flashback ends.

Ahana(still standing outside): “Riddhima! Now let’s get ready.. it’s your engagement today!”

Riddhima nodded.
