Recap: After Vansh and Riddhima reached home,discussion regarding Dhruv’s marriage took place.

Vansh and Riddhima picked up Angre & Sufia and reached college.

Today was SPORTS DAY and along with others,they had also taken part in various sports.There was hustle and bustle and the participants,who had their matches now were warming up.Some  were getting their equipment ready,while others were busy in checking the arrangements.

After our gang had reached college,they went straight to their class incharge for marking their attendance.After this,they started roaming in the ground as they still had time for their matches to start.

While they were roaming,they noticed that various stalls from the previous day have been replaced by some new ones.Riddhima couldn’t control her curiosity and asked Vansh.

Riddhima: Vansh,there was a different stall at this place yesterday.But today,it has been replaced.Why?

Vansh: Riddhima actually,there were many students who wanted to set up their stalls,but already there were stalls planned…So we came up with a solution that except for some stalls…rest all will be replaced everyday.This ensured that all get a chance to set their stalls up.

Ridhdima: Ohh…that’s nice.

While roaming,they came near a stall that had shooting range arranged.Riddhima told Vansh that once they will be done with their matches,they’ll come back to this stall.

Sufia took Riddhima with her to show Anu and some other friend’s stall,while Vansh and Angre were left alone.They headed towards food court as Angre didn’t have his breakfast.While having breakfast,Vansh spoke,

Vansh: Angre,this is the first time when we’ll be competing against each other.

Angre: Yes Vansh…till today,ya toh we either had individual matches against each other…or we played together as team in college’s basketball team.

Vansh: Yes..But this time,I have Riddhima and Sufia in my team.And you know that we all will win against you.

Angre: They are in your team just because y’all are classmates…and these inter-class matches have made you come together as a team….and because I’m your junior,I’m left alone.

Vansh: It’s ok…we’ll together celebrate your defeat.

Angre: And how are you so sure?

Vansh: Angre..Angre…see..you have your girlfriend,your best friend and your sister competing against you…so do you think that we’ll let you win.

Angre: But I’ll give my 100%.

Vansh: We’ll see.

(Guys…here I wanna clear one thing..Angre treats Riddhima as her sister and it’s Sufia who is Angre’s girlfriend.)

After having their breakfast,they left to see the matches.In the ground,hurdle race was taking place,while on other side,badminton matches were going on in the court…Discus throw,javelin throw,shot put,various kinds of jumps had already been finished.After hurdle race,it was now time to relay race.It was the last game in category of athletics.After the athletic sports were done,ground was being prepared for football matches.

Now it was also the time for basketball matches.All the players,coaches and audience gathered in the basketball court.

Commentator: I welcome you all to the intra-college basketball matches.As you all know that these matches will be inter-classes match,which means that students of one class will play against students of another class…So now we will be starting the matches shortly,but before that let’s welcome the teams with a huge round of applause.

The teams gathered in the court and were asked to take round across the boundary of the court.The teams were then made to stand in a row and rules were explained to them.After this the commentator told the schedule of the matches.As there were 16 teams,the matches were arranged according to knock-out system.

According to this,if a team looses a match,then it will be eliminated from the competition.After the schedule was announced,the players went back to the changing room and waited for their match.The schedule was
Match 1:- Team 1 vs Team 14

Match 2:- Team 2 vs Team 5

Match 3:- Team 3 vs Team 11

Match 4:- Team 4 vs Team 13

Match 5:- Team 6 vs Team 7

Match 6:- Team 8 vs Team 15

Match 7:- Team 9 vs Team 10

Match 8:- Team 12 vs Team 16

(Guys…I’ll just be telling you the Team no. of our main characters).

Vansh,Riddhima and Sufia were in Team 7,whereas Angre was in Team 13.

The competition had begun.All the teams were putting all their efforts in winning the matches.The cheer-leaders and the audience were also trying their best to cheer up all the players.

And the first match had finished.And the winner was Team 14.In the successive matches,the winners were Team 2,Team 3,Team 13,Team 7,Team 15,Team 9 and Team 16.

Before the second set of matches,the captains of all the teams were called and given the instructions regarding the matches.

The schedule for next set was,

Match 1:- Team 14  vs  Team 16

Match 2:- Team 2    vs   Team 9

Match 3:- Team 3    vs   Team 7

Match 4:- Team 13  vs  Team 15

The next set matches started.The players were tired,but still they were trying their best to keep up the stamina.Both teams were trying hard to stop the other team form shooting the ball into the basket.The time was running and then,the the timer buzzed off.The match was won by Team 14.After the first match,the commentator welcomed the teams for second match.After a tough competition,Team 9 won.in the successive matches,Team 7 and Team 13 won their respective matches.

According to the next schedule,the teams competing were,

Match 1:- Team 14  vs  Team 9

Match 2:- Team 13  vs  Team 7

The 1st match started.It was between 1st year B.Tech students and 3rd year B.Sc students.For first half an hour,there was no basket.But then a player from Team 9 shot the ball into the basket.And this served as a trigger because after this,both the teams did shot the ball various times.Team 14 was now leading the scoreboard by 14 points.And that’s when the timer stopped.And without any doubt ,Team 14 won the match.

Next match was between Team 7 and Team 13.The players were all ready and the match was about to start.But before the match,Vansh,Riddhima and Suifia went to meet Angre.

Angre: y’all here??Any problem.

Vansh: Why??..Can’t I come to meet my bro?

Riddhima: Can’t I come to meet my bhai?

Sufia: Can’t I come to meet my boyfriend?

Angre: Y’all can come to meet me.There’s no doubt in it…but still.

Vansh: Angre…we are here to wish all the very best.Because mine and Riddhima’s playing skills toh you know…but this time,you’ll see Sufia’s skills.

Angre: Are you trying to scare me?

Sufia: Not at all…just a warning.

Angre(thinking): Ohh…now you guys see what I’m gonna do?

Angre: Btw Vansh…you call me bro…and Riddhu calls he bhai…does that mean that you both are brother and sister??

Vansh and Riddhima(in unison): What!!…No.

They looked at each other.They were shocked.They had never expected him/her to say no to this.But a part of them was happy that the other one denied too.

Vansh: Angre…what rubbish was that.

Riddhima: Exactly..We are BFFs,..not brother or sister…huhh

Sufia: But still Angre had the point…(pulling their leg)

Vansh: Really Sufia!!….in that sense,you are Riddhima’s best friend cum sister…so does that make you and Angre also brother and sister??

Riddhima giggles while Angre and Sufia are surprised at this sudden statement.

Angre(surprised):: Vanshhh!…what are you saying!

Vansh: Nehle pe dehla(tit for tat)

Sufia: But it was really a bad joke.

Riddhima: Guys..I think we are forgetting that we have a match.And Angre bhai,I’ll give answer to you in the match…Just wait and watch.(winked)

The gang shared a group hug and after this the trio came back to their room.

The match was about to start and the players were already ready in the court.

After the whistle was blown,the ball was thrown up and after it dribbled thrice,Angre,who was standing at center,grabbed the ball and swiftly ran towards their basket while passing it to his teammates.Although the opposite team tried blocking his way,but he passed the ball to his teammate and himself reached near the pole.After he received the ball and he jumped.He was about to throw the ball into the basket when………
