The Episode starts with Sarangdhar sitting at Alia’s bedside in the hospital. Rabia appreciates Sarangdhar for the blood donate appeal for Alia, says many people came to donate the blood that she has to send them back. Sarangdhar tells that he wishes that they had come by themselves, and not by watching his helpless video. Rabia asks him to get tea or coffee for him, else she will bring. Sarangdhar goes.

Alia gains consciousness and asks about her babies. Rahul asks Sarangdhar if Alia is fine. Sarangdhar says yes. Rabia tells that the babies are fine even after the blood loss. Alia says he has named the kids as kiman kattu. She tells that her pregnancy is high risk and there is a chance of miscarriage. Rahul tells Sarangdhar that now he understands that someone is there for Alia. Alia asks Rabia not to tell him and tells that if he comes to know that he will be after me, to look after me and I don’t want to hinder in his work. She asks Rabia not to tell him. Sarangdhar returns and asks what are you hiding? Alia says hospital bill as she has medical insurance. Elaichi tells Bua ji that she made way to her.

Gautam brings coffee for Nandini. Nandini reminisces their first meeting. Gautam says her sorry for all the pain which he has given her. Alia comes home and cries thinking about her babies. Sarangdhar comes there and says you was expecting Sunita and I came. He shows Sattu’s paratha and sweets. He tells that he has written a poetry for her and the babies. Alia comes to Rabia’s clinic and gets haemoglobin injections. She says she needs to go to office. Sarangdhar thinks where did she go? He tells his family that now Elaichi is found, they shall return…He has booked the tickets. Bua ji coughs. Brij Mohan tells that they shall go for the outing. Sarangdhar says you can’t stay in Alia’s house, shall come with me to my room.

Alia calls Kamleshwari and says Sunita told that she left. She tells that she was missing her. Sarangdhar brings them to their room. Brij Mohan says this is very small. Sarangdhar asks him to adjust. Alia comes to office and sees kusum and pavan there. Scarlet asks if they are her relative.

Sarangdhar tells brij mohan and others that his room mates will come and will take their stuff. He says he will go and meet Kavya. Kamleshwari gives laddoos for her and tells that she wants to meet her. Bua ji makes issue when Ramesh shows the utensils in the kitchen and runs out of house with Elaichi. Kusum tells Alia that the gift boxes are made by the waste papers, so the cost will be Rs 30 per box. Alia gets impressed. She gets a call and asks Param to understand what Kusum is saying. Sarangdhar and Kamleshwari meet Kavya. Kavya hugs him. Sarangdhar says ok, I will go. He leaves. Kavya asks her to sit and says I will make soya milk’s tea. Kamleshwari says she wants milk tea. Kavya says they don’t use milk. Kamleshwari asks about the open mic. Kavya says she has kept it for new talent. Brij Mohan asks Bua ji to stay here for tonight and says he will arrange house for her. Kavya asks Kamleshwari to taste imli ki chutey. Kamleshwari asks her to give for Alia and tells that both Sarangdhar and Alia’s babies have sattu ka paratha. Kavya is shocked. Kamleshwari says sorry. Bua ji creates the drama. Alia comes there and asks Bua ji to come with her to her house.

Precap: Sarangdhar asks Alia why did she give job to Kusum in DDS. Alia says she deserves it. Sarangdhar gets upset. Later Rabia tells Alia that the babies are weak.
