Made for each other..(Part-25) #IMMJ2

Riddhima and Pranati went out to enjoy their little victory.Vansh was left all alone in the room with his guilt,..guilt of lying to Riddhima.Although she had punished him and had forgiven him,but he knew that she still was hurt.And she won’t show it him,to anyone.
He was getting restless.So he left his room to get some fresh air.While he was going to the backyard,he passed through Pranati’s room,where she and Riddhima were playing ludo.They were enjoying the game.They were teasing each other and laughing.

Vansh’s POV:

Today I again lied to Riddhima and as usual my lie was caught.Though she was hurt,she just let go off with some simple punishments….Wait..simple punishments…I think Iv’e gone crazy….they took my everything and I’m saying it as simple punishment.I really need to refresh my mind,otherwise soon I will be found in any mental asylum.
So I left the room.
I was passing through Pranati’s room,but I saw the duo sitting and playing ludo.
I stood there,adoring the two important ladies of his life.
My sister,who just took away my chocolates,my pocket money and keys….I was angry for this..but seeing her happy and chirpy,my all anger seems to be vanished in air.I must admit that she’s really super adorable and cute.
And then,the love of my life…wait…what..love of my life..I seriously need to go and consult a psychiatrist…huhh…and then Riddhima…. my best friend.And she is….she is…what do I say about her.She’s one of a kind.When I’m with her,I want the the world to stop.She is really really unique and the bestest.

I was thinking all this,when I felt a hand on my shoulder.I turned.

Author’s POV:

As soon as Vansh turned,he screamed loudly.Hearing his scream,Riddhima and Pranati also came out of the room.When they reached out,no one was present there.They turned towards the room and….then BHOOOO.

The girls screamed and ran out to save their lives.While they were running,they collided with Dhruv.Dhruv noticed that the girls were shivering.

Dhruv(worried): Riddhima,Pranati what happened?Are you alright?And why were you running like this?

Pranati(stammering): Bh..bhai..b..b..bhoot!!

Dhruv: What nonsense..you are both grown ups now.Be mature…there are no ghosts.

Riddhima: Bh..bhai we know.But….come with us.

The girls pulled him and took them towards the room.When they reached there,they didn’t find anyone.Dhruv looked at them with a questioning look.

Pranati: Bhai..it really was here…we toh were sitting in our room,when Vansh bhai screamed and…wait…bhai…bhai…we heard Vansh bhai’s scream.This means he also saw the ghost…See we’re speaking the truth.

Dhruv: Ohh…is it so!!…then we can go and ask Vansh.Come let’s go.

The trio was about to go when they saw Vansh ascending up the stairs while talking on the phone.Riddhima and Pranati were shocked to see him speaking so casually.Vansh came upto them and hugged Dhruv.

Vansh: Bhai..,what happened…you are so early today…(looking at the duo)and what are you both doing here?

Dhruv: Vansh,leave all this.But first tell that where are you coming from?

Vansh: Bhai,I’m coming from the backyard.

Dhruv: Acha Okay!!From how much time you were there?

Vansh: Bhai,I….

He was speaking when he was interrupted by Sumitra.

Sumitra: Hey children..what happened? Why are y’all standing here? And Pranati,Riddhima why are you so scared,as if you’ve seen a ghost.

Dhruv tried to control his laugh,which was noticed by Sumitra.She glared at him.

Dhruv: Maa…they’ve really seen the ghost.

Vansh: What!!…wait I think you have sh…

Sumitra(interrupting): What rubbish…there’s no such thing as ghost.

Sumitra tried to comfort the two,but she herself was tensed.Vansh noticed this.

Vansh: Maa,why are you worried?

Sumitra(trying to act normal): No..no Vansh I’m not worried.

Though she tried hard to hide her fear and worry,it was still noticed by the kids.

Riddhima: No mom,there’s really something that’s disturbing you…tell us mom.

Pranati: Yes mom,she’s right.Tell us.

Sumitra though denied,but was forced to reveal.

Sumitra: Fineee!!Actually…when they mentioned about ghost,I remembered our cook.

Dhruv: Mom..not again.It’s just their illusion.There’s nothing like ghosts.

Hearing this Riddhima and Pranati freaked out.

Vansh: Yes maa..bhai is right.You are worrying for no reason.

Sumitra: But beta,even Gayatri told me this.I ignored it.But now that they have again raised this topic,we need to do something.

Riddhima: M..mom,w..w..will you please elaborate.

Sumitra(tensed): Bacha,a cook died in our kitchen due to explosion…On that day,our kitchen caught fire due to leakage and…

Pranati: and..??

Sumitra: He died.And our maid Gayatri told me that she heard noice of utensils in the kitchen.But in reality,no one was there in the kitchen….so it simply means…

Pranati and Riddhima started shivering due to fear.Vansh saw this.He came and hugged both of them to comfort them.It was then that Riddhima and Pranati noticed someone standing behind Sumitra.Hairs were all scattered in front of her face.

Pranati and Riddhima screamed on top of their voices after they saw it behind their mom.

Pranati and Riddhima(in unison): mommmm!!!

The elders were shocked to see them scream like this.But when they turned back,they were more shocked.Riddhu and Pranati were shivering and hugging Vansh tightly while he was trying to calm them down.Then Dhruv took Pranati in his arms and tried to calm her down.
They took them to nearby room.After they were fine,Sumitra made them drink water,while they were tightly holding her hand.Then something unexpected happened.
The ghost came and stood in front of them.They clutched the bedsheet in fear.Vansh and Dhruv held Riddhima and Pranati respectively.They were trying to comfort them.Then the ghost slid it’s hairs back.The duo was shocked.

Pranati(stammering): Is…Ishani di!!

While Sumitra stood up and gently slapped Ishani on her head.

Sumitra: Ishani,what is this…couldn’t you wait for some more time.

Dhruv: Yes Ishani!!See how much scared they are.You could’ve revealed after they’d been fine.

Vansh(surprised): Shonu di…I think you need to give explaination for all this.

Riddhima and Pranati were looking at them in disbelief.

Ishani: Riddhima..Pranati…I’m really sorry…But it’s bhai and mom’s fault.They gave me this stupid dare.

Dhruv: Ishani…but you didn’t deny or protest.

Sumitra: We are really sorry beta…we were just having fun.

Pranati: f..fun??

Dhruv: Yes Pitu.Actually I,Ishani and mom had gone for shopping.There we started our game.And then it was Ishani’s turn for dare.So we asked her to scare everyone at house as ghost….we agree..it’s our fault.

But ignoring this,Riddhima was just staring at Vansh,who was just looking down.She didn’t expect him to be part of this stupid dare..not even in her dreams.

Ishani saw this.

Ishani: Guys…Vansh is not at all at fault.He himself was scared on seeing me.And that was when,he screamed and you came out…I saw you coming out and told him to go out…He didn’t even know about all this.

Although the girls were angry on them,yet they said nothing.After all left,it was Vansh who stayed with them.

Vansh: I’m really sorry…if I would have known than…

Riddhima: It’s okay Vansh.

But Vansh noticed that they were still upset and scared.He went upto the window and took the car keys.

Vansh: Riddhu,Pitu…let’s go.

Pranati: But where bhai?

Vansh: Just come naa.

The trio left in the car.Vansh took them on long drive.He played songs to relax their mind.They had fun and after they were totally fine,the trio came back.

After 4 days,

Vansh and Riddhima had practiced for their dance competition and were now discussing about it.

Vansh: Riddhima…we have practiced for dance competition and singing competition.

Riddhima: Yess!! you remember right that we are taking part in other activities just for fun.

Vansh: Yess Riddhu..I do remember yaar.

They discussed some other things and then went to college,where they were helping in the decorations.Other students were also preparing for the competitons with full dedications.

During this week,Riansh got to know each other really well.There were moments,which brought them more close and made their bonding more stronger.

Now there was just a day left for the fest.All the students were hell excited for it.They all had different plannings to enjoy the fest to the fullest.At night,they all were having mixed emotions.They were nervous for their performanes,were excited for it,were getting competitive and so much more.

And finally the day arrived that all were waiting for.
