Vikas Gupta Had a hand in getting Naagin 4 to Rashami Desai?

Vikas Gupta, who is very famous as the master mind of the BIgg Boss house seems to be real in his role. He sure seems to have been in the news both inside as well as outside the house. And just like the Bigg Boss house never ceases being quarrelsome, the rumor mills outside of the house never cease to be churning out news. And the latest rumours have it that the producer Vikas Gupta had a hand in getting Rashami Desai a role in Naagin 4.

But Desai has now cleared the air around the same and called the news a rumor. She went on to reveal in an interview with Times Of India how Gupta had nothing to do with her role of Shalakha. She also added that the decision was that of the channel and the production house. While she added that Vikas is a friend and she is fond of him, there is no other reason and she does not know where do such rumours come from.

Earlier, reports in a leading entertainment portal stated that Vikas might have had a hand in deciding that Jasmin’s role should be given to Rashami Desai. It was following that that she grew fonder of Vikas and in fact, the source quote also mentioned how they buried the hatchet thereafter and hence, she has also been supporting Vikas this season.

Meanwhile, Vikas’ equation with Jasmin is not that great afterall. The two have confessed to be in a dispute since their time together on the show Khatra Khatra Khatra.
