The Episode starts with Vihaan, Kabir, and others bringing Ishani for the tilak rasam. Dadi says Vihaan and Riddhima will do the rasam. Vihaan does the tilak. Ishani thinks is he my Vansh or a cheat, I will know the truth soon. Vihaan says its for you from my side, I hope you like it. Riddhima thinks you will get a sweet smile when you open it. Dadi asks Riddhima to feed Gangajal to Ishani. Riddhima takes it and feeds Ishani. Kabir keeps a packet in Vihaan’s kurta pocket. Dadi asks Kabir to come and do rituals. He says let it be, I don’t want to spoil her happiness. She says its fine, you have suggested this rasam, come. Kabir goes and does tilak. He thinks your attitude will be gone soon. Dadi asks where did Vansh go. Riddhima thinks where did Vihaan go. Vihaan says the day is special today, I want to make it more special. Vihaan comes and dances with Riddhima on Aye dil hai mushkil….. Riddhima recalls Vansh and looks at him. Everyone claps. Kabir thinks Vihaan’s game will be over soon. Dadi prays for the family’s happiness.

Dadi says you stay happy and keep family united. Vihaan says this is for you Ishani. He shows her the toys and sings Aye dil …… Riddhima and everyone sing along. Ishani says my stomach is aching a lot. She cries. Kabir sees her. Everyone dances around her. Ishani screams aloud. Everyone gets shocked and sees her. Kabir holds Ishani. She faints down. Everyone worries. Kabir lifts her and takes her.

Doctor comes and says don’t worry, Ishani and baby are safe. Kabir says I had send her blood samples to lab, some powder traces are found. She asks what, it means this happened due to the powder, thank God, its in less percentage, else she would have lost her baby, everything is under control, Kabir saved her, if Ishani fell over her stomach, then it would be impossible to save her baby. Dadi thanks Kabir. Riddhima thinks so Kabir did this. Doctor asks them to give vitamins and healthy diet to Ishani. Kabir thanks her. Anupriya says all is well that ends well, how did this happen. Chanchal says Ishani was with me, she didn’t had anything, she had taken gangajal. Anupriya asks was there something in that gangajal. Riddhima thinks what does Kabir want, he would have not added less identity if he had to kill Ishani. Kabir says don’t worry, we will know it. He gets the Gangajal. He shows the green colour.

Dadi says Gangajal is clear and transparent, it means there is powder in it, why would anyone do this, everyone is family. Kabir says one who wanted to kill Ishani, let me do my work, I will check everyone, many culprits think they are the smartest, they make mistake and get caught. Vihaan thinks and puts hand in pocket. Kabir says stop, just stand the same way as it is. He checks Vihaan. He gets the powder and says its same that was mixed in Gangajal. Dadi asks how can Vansh do this with his sister. Ishani says if he isn’t Vansh, he doesn’t care before killing anyone, he isn’t Vansh, he is Vansh’s lookalike, Riddhima got him home to fool all of us, she never loved Vansh, she is making a joke of our emotions, I m saying the truth. She asks Aryan to tell Dadi. Aryan says I had seen Riddhima paying money to Vansh’s lookalike. Ishani says I had seen money in his jacket, why does Vansh need to take money from Riddhima, when all this belongs to her. Anupriya asks are you not my Vansh. Vihaan asks what nonsense, I m Vansh.

Ishani says fine, if you are Vansh, then tell me what names you thought for my coming baby. Riddhima recalls the names Sakshi and Aditya. She thinks my game will be over today. Kabir thinks its bonus, Ishani made our work easy. Dadi asks Vihaan to tell the names if he is really Vansh. Vihaan says Dhwani if its a girl and Ankush if its a boy. Riddhima worries. Ishani says no, Vansh didn’t think of these names for my baby. Kabir thinks Riddhima and this lookalike’s game is over.
