In the morning jamuna is attending to the guests while also advising them to sanitize their hands properly as it has become a norm of the hour because of the virus outbreak, Neil comes to him asking what have they done because they know that his wedding has already happened in the Mandir. Jamuna explains that it is because he is the son of Viyas and if his mother were alive would she not want to celebrate his marriage and then there would be more than a thousand guests. Viyas also comes from behind mentioning that if Saraswati was alive she would have also desired a grand function for her little brother. He asks where Chahat is when they witness her coming down from the stairs dressed up in wedding clothes.
Neil is not able to take his eyes off her and keeps staring at her, but she prays that she wishes the engagement should stop no matter what should be done. Jamuna exclaims that she is looking really pretty just like Saraswati, Viyas also smiles after seeing her than they all head into the hall as the auspicious time for the function is just upon them.
Viyas asks Neil to place the ring on Chahat’s hand, he thinks that he has to go through with the engagement in order to get to Dr Baig, they also ask Chahat to give Neil her hand but when she does there is a bandage on her finger, Godambari asks why did she wear the badge, Chahat exclaims that she cut it while working in the kitchen. Godambari is adamant to remove it, and when she yells for her mother, Neil and Chahat are forced to cover it up by mentioning that she calls for her mother whenever there is something that causes pain to her. Viyas jee mentions that he can put the ring on her other hand as it is a lot better that their minds meet rather than the hands.
Neil remembers how he promised that he will do all that he can to avenge the death of his sister no matter the act which he has to do, then they place the rings on each other hands.
When everyone else leaves Chahat and Neil are left alone, she removes the bandage and taking the samosa eats it, he asks that it was all an act, Chahat replies that it was so that she might not have get engaged to someone who is so rude like him and also has drinking habits, she gets angry and scolding him mentions that he has no idea what kind a scene did he create, he explains that he has no idea but is sure that the person who hit him with the rod was her mother as they all re criminals and murders, they are arguing when Godambari calls them to take the blessings of Viyas, he mentions that it is an unforgivable sin amongst the Muslims to touch the feet of someone so she must do it, he then stands in front of Viyas asking Chahat to touch his feet, Chahat says that she believes Allah will forgive her for this sin as she is forced to do this to prove that her father is innocent.
Chahat goes to touch the feet of Viyas when he stops her saying that in their house women are not supposed to touch the feet, Neil is left perplexed and secretly ask Jamuna when did this happen, he mentions that this ritual has existed for a long time. He asks Neil mentioning that this is why he asked him to stay in the house a little longer and that now he must take the blessings, Viyas gives the bangles that Saraswati made for the wife of Neil, he mentions that when he inquired she said that the girlw ho would be the wife of Neil would have the same size as her so she had them made.
Chahat is asked to try them but they get stuck at first which calms down Neil but then she is able to wear them and they are her size.
Neil’s friend is in the room preparing for Neil when there is a call on his phone, he sees that it is Kaaliya plumber which irritates him and he is forced to take it with him,
Jamuna is with the guests then he asks Neil and Chahat to come and dance they try to act as if they are dancing but they are fighting, he takes her into the store, then he mentions that she will stay there until he finds her father but he will tell his family that she has run away with some guy but when she says that she ahs the bangles he forcefully tries to take it but is not successful, she says that she knows they belong to Meera, he explains that she has no idea who Meera is as she was the person with whom he was going to spend the rest of his life with, they had so much plans and were about to open a hotel chain with their own recipes but everything was ruined because of her father, she asks if he ahs informed Meera to which he mentions that she is right he will tell her that he will come back after catching the murderer who has ruined his life, he leaves locking Chahat in the store, she wonders what she will do now.
